Great food and service! Such a cosy little café in suburbia. I have been here many times and the food has never disappointed.
You have to try the coconut rice pudding, it is so delicious! Anyway, we found this place by searching for brunch places rated 4.5 . We have been doing it for a while and it works really well. Great food, service and atmosphere. Bit of a drive for us but worth it. I love my chai and they did a great job. My partners coffee was also really good. Great menu, lots of things to try. Highly recommended!
The good - the service of the staff and the atmosphere of this place are both lovely.nnEverything about the food was disappointing. I came here for Sunday brunch because I have heard good things and the reviews are excellent.nnThe drinks - The coffee was mediocre at best and it seemed like it was made from an at home machine. No attempt at latte art although perhaps that is being picky. The juice was served from an unopened bottle and not made on site.nnI had the brisket benedict. Usually I love brisket, but this was dry and fairly flavourless. The egg was fine and the sweet potato rosti was yum, but as a whole, the dish was bland.nnMy partner had the avocado on toast with roast cauliflower and although it sounded delicious, the meal was uninspired with little avocado and a lot of cauliflower. The chickpeas were dry and tasted old.nnIt was a shame, the menu sounded so delicious and the ambience on a sunny day was lovely, but the meal was bland. Perhaps I would have been happy with it if I had made it at home on my own but with so many excellent brunch options in the area, and when paying decent money, I expect more.
We visited leaf $ vine for brunch and had the eggplant schnitzel and the creamy forest field mushrooms. Both the dishes were top notch on taste and good portion size. The roast red capsicum served with the schnitzel had a beautiful smoky taste. The coffees were also amazing nThe vibe of the cafe is cozy, nestled between suburbia. Great service !
Beautiful little cafe nestled in a suburban street. Food was incredible and the coffee was delicious. It's clear they take the time train their baristas well, which is not found in many places.nIn terms of areas for improvement, they were quite busy and could have had more staff working to take orders, as we had to catch someone's attention to take our order. But the staff were very friendly and did well. They were just understaffed.nnOverall, would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!
