Friendly staff with very nice decoration. Nice background music which goes well with the decoration and environment. Generally very good place to have a brunch. Coffee was excellent. The almond croissant was fresh and very nice. The eggs Benedict was also good, it was different from what you expect from eggs Benedict but it was nice and tasty. The decoration of the food was exceptional.
The food here is divine. The service is friendly and efficient, delivered by staff who know their menus. We settled for a Number 2 Banquet as a means to sample a cross section of what was on offer and were quickly defeated by the quantity. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs The servings are generous and the food is super fresh. It's nice to that you can peer into their kitchen through a glass wall so obviously, they have nothing to hide. We'll definitely be coming again.
Nice food. Friendly service. If you would consider avoiding busy Ringwood town for a coffee/ tea,this is very good place. I had a green tea with cinnamon and rose buds. That was amazing. It's a 5-10min drive from Ringwood.
Visited here recently whilst staying with friends in the local area. The venue itself is gorgeous - a really nice interior fit-out with a lot of attention to detail. They clearly spent time and money on making the place look good. The staff were all friendly as well. The menu had a good range of breakfast and lunch options - 2 had Eggs Benedict and 2 had the Jalapeno Flamers burgers. Presentation of food was spot-on. Eggs Benedict - both people were a little disappointed that the eggs weren't what we would call poached - they were closer to fried eggs which wasn't what we were expecting might have been poached in a closed lid frying pan? Not sure, but you could see a bit of browning on the underside of the eggs consistent with pan cooking. The hollandaise sauce was nice but there could have been a lot more of it. There was also some type of shaved slaw and black sesame seeds over the eggs which in our opinions didn't really work. Jalapeno Flamers Burger - most ingredients were all fresh and well prepared. However jalapenos were pickled which didn't go down too well - quite an overpowering pickled taste so they ended up getting picked out by one of the guests. I think if fresh unpickled ones had been used it would have worked well. The jalapeno croquettes were interesting - again, a little bit of an overbearing pickled flavour and a bit unsure of the cheese filling. Fries were nice - crunchy and well seasoned. Coffees were good. My partner also asked for an English Breakfast Tea - they hadn't actually looked at the menu at that point and just assumed it was there. The waiter wrote it down so didn't think anything of it. When they were drinking it, they felt it had quite a flowery fragrance - we then checked the menu and saw only a Persian Classic black tea was there, so we all assumed that type of tea had that fragrance - they weren't a huge fan so left half the pot. Only when we checked the receipt after leaving did we realise he had been given French Earl Grey. Clearly just a small mix-up waiter may have assumed it was the same or perhaps being misheard, and we should have questioned it at the time but these things happen - and they know to read the menu first : I would say it is a 50/50 split between the group as to whether we would all revisit again - always tricky reviewing food in a group as it so often comes down to personal taste. I think they take a lot of pride in what they do, but a couple of tweaks could lift it. I'd definitely go back for coffee as it's a nice little spot, and might take a punt on something different on the menu, if we are in the area again.
Read through the reviews before coming & expecting a good breakfast. Unfortunately, pricing to food ratio and quality do not match at all. Ordered egg Benedict’s & egg muffin & bacon, completely the same thing aside from a slight different of sauce used. Very very disappointed. The Egg Benedict here was far from the usual Egg Benedict’s. Not sure if this is their speciality or whatsoever, but it’s definitely not up to standard. Service was alright, could be better, especially when a customer has voices out their opinion on the overall experience. No comment was given at all. What a way to start my morning.
Vanille Blanche Cafe totally exceeded my expectations of what a five star cafe should be - hospitable and attentive staff, quality food, amazing coffee, fast service and a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will absolutely be sharing this gem with friends and returning soon :
We visited this cafe today with my GF. The interior and the decor is so welcoming and rustic. The service was quick, despite it being busy and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had some coffee to begin. Two cappuccinos which were well balanced and well presented. We also tried some macaroons and croissant which were also great. For mains I ordered the chicken burger and my GF ordered the chilli scramble. Both dishes were extremely well presented. The chilli scramble portion was very generous too. The burger was very delicious and the chips, well seasoned. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely come back again.
Best burger place in Melbourne . Always extremely Friendly staff as well as fantastic food. I’ve been going there for a while now every week. They are always friendly and have great service.
Great burger, taste awesome. Very friendly people. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommended. Also the turmeric latte was refreshing.
Just had a great lunch here with a group of friends. Staff were helpful and obliging. We had a few particular requirements which they met without fuss. A nice vibe and pleasant music playing. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. My chicken burger was pretty well spot on. Keep up the good work!
