We come here every week our preschool and toddler. They absolutely love coming here. The staff are friendly, and the dining area is always kept clean. It is a highly popular play centre, and they are generally good at upkeep of play equipment.nIt has two jumping castles: one for under four-year-olds, and a newer one for older children; it has multiple slides 8 in total, With an underwater theme for the play area. The coffee is fantastic, and I love their muffins - always freshly baked and generous with chocolate chips.
Pretty good layout the kids like it. Got a muffin from muffin break but they can’t cook a muffin it was a sloppy mess. Elevator is a pain because you are first in line going in then when you come out you are last and have wait behind them to pay for entry and can’t expect any of the NPCs to be considerate about that.
Lots of space, Lots of fun!nnAttended a 2yo birthday here.nMy 4yo girl LOVES this place, the trike was a hit.nThe side was also really long and tall! They have 2-3 slides .nnKitchen food has a good variety of hot food.nnBathrooms are clean and equipped with change tables and toddler seats.nnWe will definitely be back.
I think it would be lots of fun for a child 3+ who likes to climb/go down big slides, but I’d never bring a baby/toddler back here. Honestly I’d never come back full stop. The baby area was so filthy, all of the toys were broken and there was a sharp wire hanging off a broken abacus. I’m not super particular with cleanliness but this was next level. I’ve included photos and wish I took more because this was just a small portion.
A lot of the amusements do not work. The large inflatable slide was down. The ball shooters do not work, nor does the large basket that drops the balls. There are a lot of holes in safety netting. It isn’t clean. It was also very hot inside, my son was red and visibly sweating after only a short time playing. Next time we will drive to Knox as unfortunately Ringwood isn’t being properly maintained.
