Be really careful purchasing from here as they don't offer refunds. This isn't made clear when you are paying - the shop assistants don't actually tell you this. They will only very reluctantly offer store credit. If you're looking for shoes down Puckle st you would be much better off to go to Jo Merci or Cinori. They have far better and warmer customer service and do allow refunds. Laurent shoes also never gets more sizes in so their stock is very limited. Out of the 20 times I've asked to try something on, they have only had a size 41 once. My advice would be spend your money elsewhere! And, at least get service with a smile when you're paying good money for boots!

While the shoes and the selection of merchandise is satisfactory, the customer service is appalling.  I went in looking for a specific pair of boots, I tried them on and didn't like them.  After I expressed the fact that I preferred my present boots, a middle aged red-headed employee proceeded to insult the boots I was wearing, claiming that they 'wouldn't sell them' in this shop because they are too 'clunky' and out of style.  Needless to say, if you want to be intimidated into buying shoes or insulted when you don't, go to Laurent Shoes for all your shopping needs.  Otherwise try your luck at their Melbourne Central location.
