Really, really disappointing customer service. After receiving my online purchase, I was disappointed to find the boots I had ordered had already been worn and the packaging carelessly put together. I reached out to the online care team to express my disappointment and was met with a confronting argument focusing on how my disappointment was invalid as there was nothing wrong with the packaging... I wanted to bring the box to their attention for quality control purposes but ultimately, I would have just appreciated a simple acknowledgement and brief apology for sending a faulty product. As you can see in the email correspondence attached, this never happened. I was really hoping for more and unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend shopping via their online store.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - They do not allow refunds of any type. They don’t tell you upfront. They point to the receipt which you get after you purchase. We tried to return shoes within 24 of purchase and were told we would only get an exchange. Then when you try to get an exchange they don't have any stock. The staff in the stores immediately get defensive as soon as you even ask for an exchange. We don't live in Melbourne so we are stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit and no way to exchange them. How this this kind of customer service even a thing in 2018? There shoes are bad rip offs of other brands like Golden Goose, they say they their goal is to offer "Italian Luxury Shoes at affordable prices" but you are better off spending a little bit more and getting the real thing. Despite their well crafted response we are still left with an overpriced pair of shoes that we do not want. How hard can it be for them to just return them? AVOID THIS POORLY RUN ESTABLISHMENT AND SHOP ONLINE.
I just wanted to provide you with some positive feedback. Your online service is excellent, the items I purchase never disappoint! I have brought shoes, handbags, I absolutely love your range and all of your products. To top the whole experience off, the courier company you use also provides a great service.
Do not waste your time and money at Dolci Firme. Their products are not worth the money you pay and the customer service is just terrible. I have wasted so much time trying to get a refund for a pair of faulty heels that snapped in half. They refuse to give me a refund because the shoes are 6 months old, which makes them out of warranty. Such unlawful behaviour and a real shame that there isn't anything in place to put a stop to the blatant abuse of customers' rights. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. If this review isn't enough to convince you, read through all the other complaints on google and their facebook page.
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought a pair of sneakers and when I got home I realized it was a badly made copy of Golden Goose sneakers. I returned to the store within 24 hours of my purchase to return the sneakers but Dolci Firme does not offer a refund only exchange which is a big problem if you are like me a bigger shoe size and they have nothing in your size in stock. I left VERY UNHAPPY with the sneakers I originally purchased. No customer service at all. DON’T SHOP HERE.
A tad too many sequins and heels for my liking with the old adage, the less there is, the more it costs. Still, if you want to but sparkly strappy high heels this appears to be a good place. Me, I was following my wife
Lovely staff, great organization and trendy collections. I bought a pair of heeled sandals and have gotten many compliments, highly recommend.
Out dated customer service. I've had a similar problem with them as others, their return policy is bad and they are very rude and defensive when you try to exchange or return. It doesn't make sense that they will do returns online but not when you buy in person.
Amazing quality shoes, the staff are lovely and helpful.
Very poor customer service and even worse return policy.
