I love the shoes and their style as well as size & model it is quite unique comparing what you can find here in Australia. However, very poor unresponsible & impolite customer service. I asked for a next day delivery (express post) and paid extra $20 for it. Mollini send it out 3 days later than the day I placed the order and guess what? to a wrong address, I was going overseas and I didn't get them ontime... anyway I went through a lot of trouble to get it later, if the lady helped me on the first day with correct info rather than just copy pasting some general things in an email to me I could have get it online @ Maddy Johnstone.
