Great ambience, amazing decor, but the service was a little lacking. I ordered a mocha and got a latte. My partner ordered a chocolate croissant, and it came unheated. The good was amazing, but I think they were a little pressed by business to listen carefully or do the full customer service mode. Would still eat there again.

Nice quality generally but way over-priced. Really the only thing worth coming here for is the bread and some of the cakes. Also come on a Saturday morning if you're interested in seeing some of the local wildlife.

Liked the place and the desserts are nice. Only note they run out of things, but very understandable with such a nice food!

If you're after a good coffee or hot chocolate and possibly a little indulgence, then it's hard to beat Laurent Boulangerie Patisserie in Balwyn. The bread and cakes are just divine. A little pricey, but well worth it once in while!

Was at Laurent at 8:40am this morning to purchase almond croissants for breakfast . Was told that no almond croissant were delivered this morning . Your a French patisserie for gods sakes. Try Gontran Cherrier on Glenferrie Rd, great products and exemplary customer service
