Absolutely love this place, the kids really enjoy it, staff are amazing. The only downside is you can’t take your own food in and the cost of the food at the cafe is too over priced. My daughter enjoyed her fluffy
It was our first time visiting this month and we'll be happy to come back again. My lil' family had a blast here. It's perfect indoor fun for preschoolers. We burnt out almost 3 hours of energy - climbing, running and bouncing. A great large Under 3 y/o area for toddlers. The small number of staff were friendly and approachable. They work right up to the last minute, which I respect. They didn't rush parents to get out when they were closing. It is abit dated and needs more TLC with the reserved rooms and paint work along the walls. But overall a super fun experience. I'd recommend it to any parent/gardian looking for an activity to do with their kids indoors.
Absolutely loved it so did my 1year old. Definitely will be back. So much fun and things to do there, will most likely have my daughters 2cnd birthday there. Adults are free which is a bonus. Everything is safe so we could just let her go for it and know she would be ok. Also had a toddler area which was perfect for her too.
My review is based on roughly 7 different visits. I still come here simply to entertain the kids but I'm honestly shocked at how run down laughtalots is now. It's always dirty, everything mechanical is broken, the bouncy castles are both at half capacity which seems it's almost a safety risk. The poor staff are clearly lacking in management support and training. The food is over priced and below par and there is no way you can justify the cost even with rising food prices and cost of living. Iced drinks contain no ice they ALWAYS have food on the menu but don't have the actual product to sell. Food is often over cooked, under cooked or not available. The car ride gets turned on a couple of times a day. They are always understaffed. Looking at the reviews on here feedback isn't really taken on board and instead excuses are given you know that's what they are when you are a regular. Such potential here but not much passion. I continue to return here simply because it caters to a wide age group for my kids who enjoy it. Quite an ongoing feeling of disappointment here. I hope some changes are made soon and this place can be the childhood experience it use to be.
This is a wonderful place for kids, the play area is bit crowed compare to some bigger places like Junglerama. But still super good. And not a lot of people Most importantly adult is FREE kids only 10 dollars 5+ nice food and drink here. And flying car is free and also carousel Staff very friendly and helpful I highly recommend to all kids Parking free and available Thank u so much
We came in first thing in the morning. The high chair tables were not even wiped down.. This is the 2nd time there and I'm sorry, but the hygiene and cleanliness of this place is filthy. Sorry Im just being honest. If you take a walk into the baby play area and take a good look at everything the cleaniness of the toys, white see through slide, the puzzle mat on the floor Will not be back because of the hygiene and cleaniness
The venue is good but some things could be improved on. An example is it cost $17 for 1 adult and a child which compared to other children play venues is quite high. This wouldn't be an issue but with the ball gun arena not even turned on and blocked off routes in the climbing area due to maintenance, On a Saturday tooit just didnt feel like the value for money you can expect for that price. The cafe looks good but I haven't used it so cannot comment on that. Overall, it's good for a change but probably not going to be a regular spot for me anyway.
Our favorite soft play in the Hutt Valley. The staff are wonderful and there is a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Plenty of tables even during school holidays.
Granddaughter absolutely loved it. All the staff are friendly. Great choice of food, however you can't take your own food in. The ride are free and the kids can go as often as they want when they are running.
Looking really grubby and tired lately, lots of deferred maintenance and wonder when it was properly cleaned. Been there before in previous years but wouldn’t take my toddler here tbh.
