I’m so glad I went to this store and met Lauren S.! She was with kind, patient, and impressively knowledgeable through every step of the process from design through to implementation. She helped me through design which I’m not good at, answered ALL my questions, tracked my orders to make sure I got everything in, swap things for my when I changed my mind, and even answered technical installation questions at the end. She knows her stuff and it shows! She made me feel like her only customer, remembering me and my order across the several months of our project. Thank you Lauren for being the only easy and fun part of this project!
We contracted with an installer for a somewhat large main bathroom renovation with two rooms. The installer referred us to Lauren at Studio41. Lauren and Studio41 did a fabulous job, offering design recommendations, quality products they represent plumbing and tub plus cabinetry. Lauren was patient, knowledgeable and provided the highest level of service and expertise we have ever experienced! We really believe she was instrumental in keeping the work on track made the contractor look good too! Can't thank Lauren enough; we'll surely reach out to her for future remodeling projects!
If I could give less than 1-star I would. Let me start off by saying the initial experience seemed great and the sales and floor staff helped guide me through the process. It wasn’t until product started showing up at my door that I had issues. For starters it all showed up in boxes and I was expected to know what the codes on the side of the box were and which line they matched up to on the invoice. Having to accept a $10,000 cabinet order in a moments time with a quick sign off? I don’t think so. I demanded the driver go through it with me, I ended unloading and moving half of it myself, they don’t even deliver it to your unit. Anyways moving on, second big frustration was that my sales women Lauren was like Teflon and she could do no wrong and nothing bad stuck to her. Everything that happened was always mine or my installers fault. Base cabinets were out of square however I waited 16-20 weeks and my kitchen was torn apart….even if I wanted to make a claim the replacement would be months out in a wait I could not afford as I needed my kitchen. The only item they did actually end up replacing was a lousy $100 piece of crown because it was as crooked as a dogs hind leg. Lastly, I get it, things happen. I work in construction myself and since I had placed this order initially we went through COVID so I get the delays, backlog, short staffed part. However what I couldn’t accept that every time I had an issue rather than getting treated like “the customer “ I received these short snotty email reply’s like I was bothering them or did something wrong. Next time take you and your money elsewhere as Studio 41 is not appreciative!
Visited this afternoon and had to ask for help after looking around and laying out my own choices for about 20-30 minutes. I previously spent a couple grand here on another bathroom, mind you. Finally I asked someone who then asked another lady to help me with a vanity selection. I felt extremely rushed and as if my business was not valued whatsoever. Asked to speak to someone else that could help me with kitchen cabinets after we spent about 10 minutes together, which I did receive pricing and a sketch on a note pad after asking nicely not a printed drawing with a rendering as I was provided in the past from someone more willing to help and was told that they were currently busy and had another appointment after that. There was no offer made to schedule an appointment, or when a good time to come back would be, or even a business card provided. Extremely disappointing.
RUN!!! Only gets 1 star because it's required. First impression was good. Sales was helpful walking through my kitchen project until I wrote the check. After I paid it was excuse after excuse. Studio 41 kept blaming COVID on the delays. That is not acceptable when you know exactly what your cabinet maker is outputting during COVID. Also, COVID is unrelated to the quality of product you sell. None of the damaged cabinets were caused by shipping. They should never have left the manufacturer. My order was quoted 4-6 weeks out and was not delivered for 8 weeks. When the order finally arrived 6 of my cabinets were damaged and it took another month for the replacements to come in. After the 6 replacements came in 1 cabinet was damaged requiring replacement and 3 cabinet doors were damaged requiring replacement. I scheduled other contractors to work on my house based on the schedule Studio 41 gave me. Their poor customer service and scheduling caused insane delays on our home remodel. I will never source from Studio 41 again.
I have been renovating three bathrooms and also putting in all new doors in a house. I needed lots of lighting, door hardware, faucets, shower heads, etc. Lauren Stewart kept track of everything I needed and never once confused a single piece! I picked things up as they came in and it was always packed saying exactly what room it was for and what floor it went to. It made it so easy for the contractor when I was not around. I would recommend them for all your renovation needs. The selection is beautiful! And everyone is knowledgeable and helpful!
Great place to shop for all sorts of home remodeling improvement items. But need to have your contractor
This was our first experience with Studio 41. We remodeled our kitchen but could not have done it without the expertise of our designer, Lauren Stewart. Her expertise, experience, and professionalism was first class. Lauren worked above and beyond to make sure our needs and expectations were met. We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to improve their home. Thank you, Lauren! You are the best!
My wife and I are at the beginning stages of redesigning our kitchen. Being that neither of us are designers we stopped by studio 41 just to look at their mock kitchen. Before we could even enter we were greeted by a lady asking if we had an appointment, we explained we are in the planning stage and looking for places that could help us design, but this visit was just to look around. We were told they had REAL customers to attend to and if we weren’t there to buy there product expert to pay $1000 to sit down with them, While there was amazing looking products for sale, we were very thrown off by the lack of customer service.
The sales consultants at that place are a joke, I don't know how people go there and have patients to work with such an unprofessional woman. We went to purchase a window, we got such a rude look and attitude, did not greet us, did not want to help us. We still purchased the window with Linda Perez thankfully we knew what we wanted and it was in the store. I also don't recommend her either, very rude. After 3 weeks we went to pick up the window, walked in and saw only two sales woman on their desk. We approached and said "Hi, we are here to pick up a window that is ready" the RUDE lady should of asked for her name said "Do I look like I sell windows?" These woman need to fix their attitude and should be fired! IDK how Studio41 has business with such a rude, unprofessional woman as sales consultants! I will never again bring my business there and would rather go somewhere else!
