The ONLY reason I am giving it a rating of 1 is because in the past month, I have made large purchases from the gardening section, which included heavy items and found it very hard to find someone to help me load my items. On the first couple of visits, I approached a few staff for assistance and I was extremely disappointed by their lack of enthusiasm on the part of the floor staff. Announcements on the P.A.system were ignored and the young ladies at the information desk had to help me with the heavy items. I spoke to the Manager who was very helpful and appeared concerned that his staff were lacking in good customer service skills. More recently this week I've had 2 staff members who were very helpful. One, in particular emphasised with my disappointment in the level of service and offered to help me if he is on duty whenever I visit the store. If only all the staff had that attitude and loved their job the way he does.
Perfect service this arvo. My wife and I took 90yr old father for a visit to Bunnings to grab a couple of things, he is very frail. Isabel came up to us, very friendly and asked if we needed a wheelchair. She went and got one to help us. She is an example of extraordinary customer service. She did it from her heart not because she had to. Thanks ISABEL!
Don't bother trying to call them. They never answer the phone. Your call will get automatically answered by their answering service, then you get put on hold forever, and then it hangs up. I have had to go there in person EVERY time I've needed something. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're trying to chase up a special order that you've ordered through them. Honestly, I'd recommend going to another Bunnings store before you go to this one.
With a huge range of tools, garden supplies and building materials bunnings is where my family goes for and renovations. My wife and i are seasoned renovators and 90% of all required supplies comes from bunnimgs. The only thing i wish they did better would be hiring more experienced staff.
Good store, parking entrance was a bit tricky to find for a non local.. but been there once so will be easy for next time. Served quickly for my click and collect order. Overall nice store.
A large Bunnings with plenty of parking always. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady who helped us was clearly passionate and took the time to go above and beyond to help us.

With cafe next to the play area separated by glass wall that is at good height to see in and 2 floor length windows at the end near the smaller play items from cafe viewing. Play Equipment Ground level games • Tumbling numbers - side 1 has numbers 1 to 9 - side 2 has domino numbers 1 to 9 • Double car wheel play panel - 2 steering wheels • 2x Flower Wheels • Noughts and Crosses •Play structure Labelled don’t climb up the slides exit tunnels - only one entry plastic platform climb up - plain circle window - curvy tunnel across - polka a dot circle window - climbing tunnel diagonally up with small climbing foot steps Top platform - ceiling circle window - right hole is down for spiral tunnel slide - space ship with stool and steering wheel - to the left tunnel across - pinwheel colour circle window - 2nd ceiling circle window - 2nd slide, straight tunnel slide Play rules signposted on gate • recommended 4-12 years old • children must be supervised at all times by parent/guardian • gate fitted with child safety lock • Bunnings is not responsible for any injuries sustained in this playground
Got in got out. They sell lots of things got a garden, paints. Equipment for garden or house repairs. I came in when it was quite. Id prefer not to have to go up the elevator to get in but otherwise got a car park fine. And wasnt busy when i came either. Its nice the car park is undercover. I wouldn't recommend applying for job here as the boss was keen and arranged interview day but not time and never called back. I got a job elsewhere straight away and feel as though i dodge a bullet to not work some where disorganised and maybe treat me bad.
“A professional in every field” was once a slogan for Bunnings. Now you can’t even find someone to help you, and when you do they end up knowing less than you do. Had someone tell me there’s no such thing as an all steel lock nut. Absolutely appalling customer service. People have no idea about the products they are selling.
I went to bunnings today, there is a very sweet lady Jenny was helping me and she asked for help but Dipankar didn't help his team memeber and called someone else and then he started walking here and there but didn't help his team member. Worst ever bunning's employee I ever seen.
