5 stars from me the service over the past 3 months has been outstanding since purchasing my Grand Cherokee from these guys! buying my Jeep from Peter was a excellent experience! extremely helpful and great to deal with and upon collecting the car he made this a special experience for us. He follows up on everything for you and I still get monthly calls from him asking how is my Jeep and is everything okay. My first service & checkup after the initial four weeks was easy and they even washed the the car!!! The motto at this dealership is "Above & Beyond" and they certainly are that. :0)

Bought a Jeep Overland 5.7L 3 years ago. Tried to buy a SRT this time because I was very happy with the vehicle. The experience was like pulling teeth, or even likened to slamming a car door on your fingers. I couldn't get anyone to follow up my enquiry or even have the opportunity to test drive a prospective vehicle. It wasn't as if I was buying wiper fluid or cleaning rags. The 2 stars are only because the service team was pretty good and I do rate them. They must be making lots in this department, because selling cars isn't their game. Don't let them do a tire rotation as they know how to damage your mags, keep with bridgestone. Pretty sad really, 3 years ago in a dodgy showroom they exuded enthusiasm and commanded service. I was forced to negotiate with another dealer in Hallam and bought a SRT and a bottle of wiper fluid. I really hate giving bad reviews but they wouldn't listen when it mattered. Get back to old values and have sales people looking after customers not ignoring them. Don't let a shinny showroom be a front for poor service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this dealer. We purchased a car 7 weeks ago, we’ve had it in our drive for only 2 of those weeks. It’s still at dealer now and no-one ever returns our call to give us an update. They’re happy until you sign the dotted line and get their commission then couldn’t care less about you. They certainly don’t pride themselves in customer service. They can’t even return a single phone call. Our car even got reversed into by an employee while we were looking at cars! Paying for a car we don’t even have possession of. Regret purchasing the car from this dealer. Absolutely furious and don’t know how they’ve won awards for the last 2 years because their service is pathetic. Steer clear of this dealer!

terrible service. Our jeep has problem since last December and send to repair on Jan 3, was told no parts and had to drive back the problematic car. After 1.5 month we went again but was told new part didn't work and old part didn't work too. Gave us a much smaller loan car which cannot even fit our baby's pram. After we requested a bigger one later, took about 2 weeks to find a bigger one but asked us to pick it up ourselves - 45 mins drive!!! We asked them to drive it to somewhere at least near our home, they have no staff available to do that! No consideration on customers really.

Fantastic service, travelled 650km to the dealership to be greeted with a smile from Michael and Amy. I had a coffee waiting for me and beautiful bow tie on my car which was only a demo ....but was still presented to me like a new car purchase experience . Couldn't have had a better result visiting Knox Jeep.. Well done guys. Regards, Pantelis
