Bad manager with no respect for himself or customers, fake add on problems with vehicles to steal customers money. Highly recommend no one visiting this workshop or organisation.

These bozos scratched the spare tyre cover on my pajero while changing the tyres, complained to store manager said will talk to area manger and call me back to arrange repair.......still waiting for the call. Avoid them very unprofessional no idea what they’re doing

Very bad and dishonest business. I handed in a flat tyre to the shop for repair, the shop manager let me leave the tyre for them to repair, L got a phone call from the manager soon after, told me that the tyre was not repairable, It had to be replaced. 

Both unluckily and luckily, they rang me again and informed that they did not have stock for the model, and I was heading a long distance trip made me not able to wait. I went to shop and pick up the wheel and went to Other tyre shop to check if they had stock, and ask them if the tyre was repairable, because I found the penetration was about 2cm off the edge of the tyre. 

Eventually I encountered honest tyre shop, I was told that the tyre could be repaired and thus was repaired.

This was happen several months ago, I am still on the repaired type without any problem at all. My advise is never go this business though they are at very good location, because they are too hungry to money.

Did brake servicing from Kmart Hurstville, and spent about $ 650.
Serviced brakes are worst than before.  It's spongy and makes noise. Literally, I have to press the break till its maximum limit to make the car stop. I was not happy with the service and I took back my car to fix it again, this time they fixed the spongy brake but did not care about the brake noise.

Opening hour and working hour is different, opening doesn't mean they working. I arrived at 5pm and only one car there with 3 people working in  the shop, I ask for repair a tyre with nail which I think 10~15 max. but they said it is closing and as one more car need to finish, but no old is working and walking around only at the moment. that is not make sense at all. Get a real job and employ someone is working.
