I feel like you never find a bad kmart.. yeah sometimes things go out of stock but they can always call around for you and try and find it elsewhere. I love all the storage solutions they have now! So cheap. Such a large range of women's wear, men's wear, kids and babies. You can find most things you need or want here!
Despite what a comment below says; Taryn was lovely in greeting me and smiled brightly, having a bad day, it was greatly appreciated and the small gesture which im sure she is paid to do meant a lot to me. Great service from the gorgeous professional girl, will certainly be back for similar service.
One of the bad experience in this Kmart. staff are very rude and so Kmart manager.we order Christmas present bike for my 2 children and they didn't assemble it ,they did same thing on my son's birthday time .we did complaint to manager but manager seems not bother how people feels .they don't appreciate anyone or to say Sorry to customers.very very bad experience here customer service hell .thanks
I dont really do reviews but this sales lady blonde one rudely shouts at me. I could go zero star if I could. Went in today doing my Xmas shopping and it was poorly stocked. I asked the sales lady with for an item and rudely shouts at me and walked away and i had to repeat my question so I could get an answer. I mean I get it you're busy but don't be rude! Quit your job then!
Old lady at the front door is extremely rude. Perhaps someone with better customer service skills should be the first point of contact for customers upon entry to your store. Not welcoming or helpful.
LOVE a good Kmart. And this one is our local. Although shop online moreso these days as avoid busy indoor spaces out of Covid concerns, when do shop instore this Kmart is always well stocked, with friendly staff and the store clean and tidy.
Customer service is practically non-existent. Employees on the floor seem disinterested in helping direct customers to the correct area for the goods that they are looking for. Majority of the paying areas are self service and don't accept cash.
Happy with Kmart service and staff are friendly and helpful. I have noticed that the quality of clothing is much improved. I always mostly shop at Kmart
Always a pleasure coming to Kmart and buying things you don't nessersarly need by any stretch of the imagination or getting creative with what you got ... Also bought slippers.. Thought I'd slip it in there.. Nice joke good on ya
I would give this a zero if I could. The customer experience walking out of this shop absolutely hurt my heart today. The Lady at the door had stopped a family of three to check every single item in the FULL trolley load, cross checking the item to the receipt to ensure the items were correct. Meanwhile 2 people walked straight by, the Lady not even realising someone potential got by with unpaid goods. I waited to be checked out of respect for this poor family who were so patient and obliged while the Kmart Lady searched and checked the trolley. Another young Lady waited behind us also. Finally we were checked and passed through, not really paying the detailed attention she was to the family of three. The Young lady behind us, she didn’t riffle through the bag and crosscheck each item… just passed the young Lady through. I wish i had of spoken up and pointed out how ridiculous she was being but didn’t. Because being a Lady of Colour that would be making a scene. Kmart had a display in their window for Naidoc only last month, supporting inclusion and hoping for change. Yet that family of 3 who were of our first nations people were stopped and had every item they PAID for cross checked. It was heartbreaking & angering to watch on as another person of colour. This has never happened to me at a Kmart before, Maybe because i was with my white skinned child or maybe because i’m not Aboriginal or maybe i was dressed appropriately enough for this Lady to let me pass. I understand Redbank and surrounding areas are of a low socioeconomic area and I do not doubt shop lifting occurs all the time but the way this lady broke her back to check every single item in that trolley load was disgusting and disappointing after Kmart was trying hard to include First Nations People. I guess i must be the right shade of black! Respect to the Lady and her teen children who held their heads high and kept composure…. *might i add the 2 families that walked out while the Lady was checking the families items were not of colour…. Kmart you need to do better and train your staff…. Racism is not ok.
