My partners father put me onto this mechanic. Great service and great value. The owner is an honest hard working small business owner and his shop does not skip the important small stuff just to make an extra buck. You leave with value, feeling safe and assured you have fully functioning vehicle all the while supporting a small local business.
Customer service is great! He lets me know what is wrong before doing anything. I tried convenience by getting someone else to come to my home and service a while back will not be doing that anymore. I trust Paul and his team with my car. You guys are awesome! Thanks
I had my a/c compressor fail recently & got a quote by the team here. I booked it in, they replaced it, came in under what I thought it was going to be. Very professional, easy to talk to team. Highly recommend going there.
HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & BRILLIANT customer service. If you’re after a auto shop that does everything from tyres, suspension etc. Paul is a straight up, no BS bloke, who delivers ALL of the above. His wealth of knowledge SAVED me hundreds of $$$, and the work done on my vehicle was EXCEPTIONAL ! A definite return customer, with the peace of mind of knowing the JOB WAS DONE RIGHT !
Paul and the team are not only professional and well priced but also the kind of people that go above and beyond. Paul fitted my suspension and helped me find people who knew how to make one peice tailshafts as it was required once we lifted the car. He was happy to investigate squeaks that I heard later which were not his fault but did so out of proffesionality. He is a dying breed of people who are both honest and polite to customers. Send anyone you care about to Trax if your looking for a good mechanic who is honest With fair pricing! Trax has serviced both my cars now and I will be staying with paul for all my mechanical needs in future.

The absolute worst store in the whole of Wacol. The rudest staff I have ever met. These people are absolute scum and do not deserve to be in business. Absolutely disgusting.
