Target stores in general never seem to feel busy these days and in my experience tend to be a little more expensive than competitors. This store is well laid out and easily accessible. Staff there are simply excellent and are always helpful. Unfortunately blatant theft is rife and it's this element of clientele which makes it a rarely visited place for me.
They had everything that I was after in the clothes section. This continues to be one of the better Target stores out of the ones that did not close. I do wish though, there would either be a staff member in the changing room area or better signage if it's meant to be unisexed rooms, it removes the doubt. Cash registers were well staffed.
Went in there for mattress protection/underlays, was impressed to see they also had water proof ones. Staff as usual were very polite. Previous visits we have had to call upon staff assistance and they were very helpful
It’s a target… does what it say on the tin… This place always seems to have something for me to pick up for myself, the kids or the home. Good range and good value
Rude. Had the worst customer service I've had from Target staff in a long time. Called on sat night for them to save a product for us. Got in first thing Sunday morning to collect and they said they couldn't find it and were completely rude. Target has some nice collections but because of the service here at Redbank, we won't be coming back.
This morning I was in at around 10:30am and bought some tommee tippee bottles for my daughter I was first greeted by a young man who was very kind and couldn't help much understandable so he got assistance from a middle aged female that had assisted us , she was very blunt and rude I was trying to make small talk but she just wasn't interested fair enough , she scanned our items and I had a pair of pants I was going to get but then changed my mind she grabbed the pants to which I said no im happy to put them back , she then advised no its very messy over there , I said that's ok I use to work at a target and they use to put me on the floor and clean because I was good at it, she was VERY VERY rude and said I have other customers to serve bye , I was shocked by how rude she was to me very poor customer service not only that she wasn't very pleasing to the eyes either, there was only 2 other customers behind me , there was the young chap that just finished serving and was about to get one of the 2 customers that were waiting. Like how absolutely rude, if you act like that you don't deserve to even have a job. All I'm saying is it was a very unpleasant experience and she will need a stern talking to by the way she treated us.
The team didn't appear to be very happy in the store today. The young lady on the door was very friendly and helpful,yet another team member who served me on the floor and the register operator were not very friendly at all. I usually find the team members there pleasant,disappointed today.
Was looking for a t shirt. Good quality but the themes seemed American. I like shirts with funny sayings.
Beautiful collection. I just like to go and see there new addition and I like all the kids and decor collections
Very helpful but they have to change their policy on returning items, or don't sell them at all if they cannot be returned.
