Rude and unhelpful superviser short white haired older lady that was in self checkout Thursday 17th of April. Should not be working in customer service with a vile argumentative attitude that was clearly wrong.
This big W is a little more pricey since it doesnt compete with Kmart with the exception of catalog items. Otherwise store is almost always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful too.nnThey have a great selection of cat accessories.
Nick, who was working at the Service desk was phenomenal. There was a bit of a queue but he managed it so well and served all of us in good time and he was so kind.
This is a particularly nice Big W store. It has all the usual offerings. What sets it apart is the lovely clear, wide aisles, even for the special displays. This makes it very accessible. There is a small disabled change room. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's nice to see both self-service and manned checkouts which are always staffed. Open, well lit and clean.
I am so disappointed.nThe service at the balloon station is great. It’s just very disappointing that the product is terrible.nI regret relying on Big W for my sons birthday balloons. I purchased $130 worth of balloons that should have lasted a couple of days, this morning. And now, of the 7 purchased, 5 are deflating. I can only hope they remain afloat just long enough for my son to see them on his birthday in the morning.nI kept them in AC all day as it was hot and I wanted to give them the best chance.nnVery, very sad and disappointing. Waste of money, time, and plastic.nnI would love a refund for the poor quality item but I’m unsure how to go about it.nnWont be shopping for balloons there again.
