Stood here for 20 mins to ask for an item in the Electronic section. The shelves were bare & honestly looks like crap. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired or replaced with better management. The rest of the store is fine, but the downstairs part is shockingly bad. Please improve.
I spent time just to find hole punch single silver. I was in second floor at home office section and when I asked a staff, she told me to go basement. When I was in basement, a staff told me to go upstairs.nnBoth of them didn’t check their “machine” which what another staff does when I ask a specific item.nnIn the website, it is stated available, unfortunately it doesn’t. Hopefully your staff can learn more how to do service. I know you are busy, but please be a little helpful.
Nice location for a kmart near China town. Place needs just a bit of maintenance but overall it's all good.

Many products are not in stock, so i tried using click & collect. The pick up station is on lower ground. The package is already sealed so you can't really check it, thankfully the hairdryer works fine.
