Maybe this is the headquarter issue but so happen I went to this branch…Try to return two online ordered items, due to their system problem branch explanation, and even the two items disappeared, NO return was allowed, then try to call the service hotline, spent half a day to understand they are non returnable. Then why they didn’t put a label or a notice telling customers in the first place?! Even the branch didn’t know they are non returnable and I feel sorry for them. Are these management in the retail business or are they lack of communication skills or something wrong with their brain? Highly not recommended.
Stood here for 20 mins to ask for an item in the Electronic section. The shelves were bare & honestly looks like crap. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired or replaced with better management. The rest of the store is fine, but the downstairs part is shockingly bad. Please improve.
A Kmart in the center of CBD which makes travel easy. They got everything needed for cloths. With great price. They have 2 entrances on different streets. The self serve counter is very convenient and easy to operate.
I spent time just to find hole punch single silver. I was in second floor at home office section and when I asked a staff, she told me to go basement. When I was in basement, a staff told me to go upstairs.nnBoth of them didn’t check their “machine” which what another staff does when I ask a specific item.nnIn the website, it is stated available, unfortunately it doesn’t. Hopefully your staff can learn more how to do service. I know you are busy, but please be a little helpful.
Customer service 0/10.nnClick and Wait. Wait for it. Hold on, wait more. Collect.nnI’ve ordered and collected multiple custom photo products over the years and level of competency has been abysmal staff not knowing how to find orders but I silently tolerate it because at least the previous staff members were apologetic and lovely.nnToday I had to dealt with “Operator 665” showed my collection email which clearly stated the order number. She proceeded to tell me the number should start with 5 and looks wrong - um but the email was from Kmart?nnA few minutes later she realised she was wrong. Proceeded to look for my order in the wrong cupboard. After another few excruciating minutes I told her it would likely be in the cupboard next to it from my collection experience. She looked so very briefly and kept opening all other irrelevant cupboards. Another 5 to 10 mins later she said “someone else will be down” in a cold tone and immediately turned away and started entertaining the next person like I was inconveniencing her..nnOperator 665 served at least 5 other customers and no one else appears to assist me. Later her male manager comes down looking annoyed and asks for all the details again and hands the order over - after looking for 10 seconds - in the exact cupboard I told her it was in. He was NOT polite, but at least wasted less of my time. No one apologised, not once.nnI was late for dinner - and I waited at least half an hour for a task which should have been completed within a minute. Kmart, your prices may be low, but that doesn’t mean your customer service should stoop lower. Do better.
