Don't they answer their phones?  Sick of trying to call them to check on stock that their website says is in stock. So I drive there instead,nonly to find they can't find the stock that is supposed to be there.  Wasted time, fuel and effort.

Have been ringing there phone for over 50 minutes now no answer I hanged up and try another department still no answer and finally after trying for an hour and 15 minutes they finally answer, not really good customer service the lady on the phone was quite rude to me, I hope no one else has to ever experience this

Bought this baking dish and used a couple of times then coating started peeling off into baked food. Hope this is not dangerous ???
