I went in store today looking for a pair of sneakers and I went to the checkouts as I was so lost at where to look, this lovely young lady Charlee was so enthusiastic and happy to help me, she checked if there was stocked and gave me very clear directions on where to look and it just elevated my shopping experience. We need more people like her in customer services.

Have an online order that never got delivered, tried ringing the store over multiple occasions, waiting on the phone for over 30min each time with no answer. The service is appalling and an absolute joke. If you don't want to do your job correctly then find a new one, people shouldn't have to wait for a refund if you aren't going to send the parcel. I've spent up to $200 on this purchase and can't get through to find out what's going on. Times are tough and people can't just got without $200 that was spent on products that were supposably sent. Thanks to Aus post at least they're trying to do something about it. Do better Kmart Kippa ring you're an absolute joke.

We are very happy with Kmart staff. We picked up a layby from the customer service desk and then had to pick up our large tennis table from the loading bay on Thursday 3/10/24. The young man in the loading bay was very helpful and went out of his way to help us load over purchase. Not only that an employee of Australia post also helped us! We are very grateful and will recommend Kmart anytime
