I must confess, it’s been along time since I have been into Kmart. Needing some clothes and specifically some black dress shoes I popped in. The place was absolutely jumping. Every department seemed to have a swag of customers. I found the area where the shoes were and was able to try on the ones I liked. They fitted perfectly and I was off to the busy registers. The queue for the registers, although long, was quick and wasn’t as long as the queue to be checked by the security people, who were doing their best by the exit. The staff seemed friendly and I was pleased with my great valued purchases. What more could you ask for?
Just a great place to find them simplistic items much needed in your day to day living.nnFrom pet needs to fake plants to deck the halls with jolly.
The one star is specifically for an employee by the name of Hannah, I asked for some help in finding an item, she was purposefully dismissive, I didn’t have any mobile service to look the item up on my phone and when I did come into service it turns out they did have it in stock even though Hannah had “never heard of it” and didn’t offer to use a computer to look it up or anything, just acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I realise that management nor Hannah will care that I’ve had a lousy experience but I wanted to share anyway as I walked out without my product and will now have to return and try and find it again.
Great Kmart store, huge selection of everything! I did half of my Christmas shopping here in one go, sooooo easy very friendly staff, particularly an older man at the front entrance; he's just such a helpful man who is always smiling
I would love to rate this Kmart higher. I just cannot. The store itself is well laid out and often full of stock. But a lot of the staff don't seem to take their job seriously and do a half asked effort. The members that do click and collect are incompetent with their tasks and often cancel items, which are very clearly in stock!
