From the initial visit in the shop to the end result of our beautiful new carpet laid, we encountered nothing but friendly and helpful advice and service from Sue, Dale and the rest of the crew. We had no idea really about what we needed, but with the very patient Sue on our side we ended up with the best colour and type of carpet for our needs, all done with no fuss. Where do we start! We had an amazing experience with Flooring Xtra. We purchased a house in desperate need of an update, Flooring Xtra consulted and helpfully gave us advise where needed in the complete update of our carpets, blinds and sheers to match the full interior paint colour change. They where accommodating for our tight timeline and went above and beyond for anything we needed. Would highly recommend Flooring Xtra, also a special thanks to Caroline for everything!
As an ex carpet layer I seriously cannot find a fault. The service, supply and finish was friendly, professional and timely. I recommend Bendigo Flooring Xtra for any carpet projects. Thank you.
I received the best service from Dale and Sue. Dale laid our carpet and vinyl planks. He ensured when laying the vinyl planks that the patterns were well distributed. Great attention to detail. Flooring Xtra also has the added advantage of having a great colour co-ordination who helped me choose the right colours scheme. . Highly recommended!!
Bought what we thought were lovely floor tiles, but we soon discovered that the tiles were easily marked from scratches and chipped easily. When I went to report that to the staff they weren't interested in what I had to say. Very disappointing and I will never again deal with them.
Darren has great product knowledge and without pressure... advised the pros and cons of each product allowing us to make an informed decision., Non of the major sales bs Would recommend... Prices are very competitive..
From start to finish this was such an easy experience. Sue was so helpful and friendly and made everything effortless and we are so happy with how it all looks
