Just purchased a BABY Q premium and accessories. Could not have got better service from Darcy. His advice service and product knowledge was second to none. If your looking to buy anything BBQ drop in and talk to Darcy. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks Darcy and team at BBQ Galore Bendigo! I called on Friday morning with stock availability and delivery enquiry. Darcy has wonderful customer service skills and is an asset to the store. I was able to order and pay over the phone as I live an hour from the store saving me a drive. The outdoor dining setting was at my house with a few hours of my call. We chose BBQ Galore inhouse delivery service who gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was in his way. Super speedy, friendly and knowledgeable customer service! Thanks guys. Why go to Melbourne when the service is so good in the country.
