I decided to upgrade some software and buy an external hard-drive too. Both of these purchases I made at Officeworks. I purchased the software online ‘click and collect’ thinking I might be able to download it straight away, which I wasn’t able to. A couple of phone calls were required here then it was quickly sorted. The second purchase I went into the store. I found the staff all very friendly and helpful. The other thing I found, was that Officework's prices were better than some other well-known stores too. Well done to the team!
I was helped by Harley the other day when I stopped by Officeworks to pick up some school supplies. He was super sweet and professional and he helped me find all the things I needed. He even offered to get stuff from the stock on top of the shelves if I needed it. Thank you Harley, you are absolutely amazing!!
Terrible customer service. Tracy was extremely rude and it was made very clear that being asked a question was an inconvenience to her day. Not one staff member acknowledged us even when we walked up to counter, they just stood and stared at us.
Have been trying to get a problem with a purchase sorted since February. CUSTOMER SERVICE.......appalling and non existant. Would not recommend service from this store
Free parking for customers which is great in a city where everywhere is street meter parking, store layout was easy to find what we were specifically looking for, and customer service was excellent a+
