Went into the Bendigo store quite frazzled after my phone died and Stephanie was my saviour!! Extremely helpful, she recommended the best replacement, set it all up for me and sent me on my way feeling 100% better than when I arrived!n10/10 for great customer service
I decided to upgrade some software and buy an external hard-drive too. Both of these purchases I made at Officeworks. I purchased the software online ‘click and collect’ thinking I might be able to download it straight away, which I wasn’t able to. A couple of phone calls were required here then it was quickly sorted. The second purchase I went into the store. I found the staff all very friendly and helpful. The other thing I found, was that Officework's prices were better than some other well-known stores too. Well done to the team!
Tracey at the printing counter has extremely poor customer service skills and is setting a bad example to young employees who also have poor customer service. There are a couple young male employees on the print counter who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever we go in but unfortunately it’s luck of the draw as to who’s on that day.nnMultiple times I’ve come in to have printing done and this person is always in a bad mood, interrupting customers and talking to employees while customers are being served. This is probably the 5th time I’ve had bad service from this person including while printing items for my mothers funeral where I was charged extra because she didn’t know how to print what I wanted and then cut them all wonky which I was also charged extra for.nnI just stood at the counter for 10 minutes today being ignored after having my print barcode scanned listening to Tracey and the young blonde female colleague she interrupted talking about who’s working this week and who’s going on break next while I’m still standing there waiting for someone to print my item? I ended up walking out because they had their backs turned to the person they called to serve.
I wanted to by a phone charger and I waited for service as the lone floor person was taking a long time to NOT sell a computer. He was knowledgeable but talked too much. There were more customers waiting near the computers. I went to the counter and asked for assistance. The young woman said she would get someone to meet me in the cables aisle. 10 minutes later I walked out. 25 minutes to not buy something!! The staff need training.
I was having trouble at the photo printing. A young female employee sat next to me. It was very busy so no one seemed able to help. I asked politely, do you know a thing or two about the printing? ' I AM ON A BREAK ' was her reply. Thanks alot!!!!!!!!!!! Great customer service. Chris in Bendigo
