Myer had such lovely helpful staff on today!nI had no idea that Bendigo Myer had beds as well! Elizabeth is such a fantastic lady to chat with! She is very knowledgeable and friendly!!nDaisy in homewares sold us a couple of cozy blankets, we couldn't decide on the colour so purchased both!nAnd Flynn was very helpful and offered his help checking out some barrel leg jeans for my teenage daughter!nAnd a shout out to Adrianne for her expertise and beautiful and welcoming customer service in cosmetics!nI haven't shopped instore properly for years as I've loved Myer since my youth! My hairdressing friends and I often wandered over and shopped here as teens, venturing through Rosalind park from Bendigo senior in the early 2000s, the test perfumes were always on our radar and it was the place to be! It's a shame the store hasn't had the revamp back to its former glory like the old days, that it truly deserves in some area's, it would truly give the store the sparkle and integrity it deserves!! I would love to see it brought back to life, as compared to the Melbourne CBD Myers we visited yesterday its a huge difference in stores!! Thanks Myer Bendigo, for a top knotch friendly experience today!
One of the staff members in childrenswear found my elderly mothers phone today and they kept it safe until we rang to find out where it was. We are very grateful for such honest and caring people working there.
Myers Bendigo is an important land mark for its history. However, it is well behind the standards of other Myers stores. Its has good quality essentials but seems like certain products are not considered. That is a shame because it demonstrates there is no will to improve and the question that is raised is : Why? The staff is helpful and willing. So what is missing?
Amazing customer servicennI had an amazing experience at Myer Bendigo where I was served by the lovely Amy. After looking around for some kids clothing for my grandchildren, Amy came up to me and I was greeted with such a warm smile. She helped me find a number of lovely items. I was very pleased and impressed with her service and I will definitley come back here again soon!
