Just a couple of days before Christmas I went into the Mitchell st shop at about 10 to 5 on a Thursday evening having to get a new phone and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Britt. Nothing was too much trouble and she didn't care that she was still there after closing. 10 out of 10.

Terrible service! When I walked in I could see 3 staff. All 3 were busy at the time so I decided to wait. 15-20 minutes later a staff member finished up with a customer and sat in plain view typing up notes. Several minutes later they got up and went out the back. I waited for a another few minutes to see if they would return but they never did. While waiting, another staff member casually strolled straight past myself and another couple waiting - never once making eye contact - and walked straight out the front door. Having stood there for 15-20~ minutes and not once ever being acknowledge, I walked out. Probably the worst Telstra store I've ever walked into.

Just the very worst service ever. Rude, arrogant, opinionated little boy representing this business. Market Place shop was so much better providing polite, informed and helpful customer service.
