Friendly helpful service.nI bought a new laptop in the EOFY Sale and needed some assistance. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person who served me and it I'd not on the receipt...but they were great, taking the time to talk me through the differences of the 2 laptops I was looking at.

After paying for my popular monster cd 6 weeks before it's release and being told I would be able to pick it up on the 16th of August and they still do not have it and they have the rudest staff that I have ever met , I won't be paying for anything in advance again and next time I'm in there I will be getting the woman's name that is so rude and making a complaint about her

Just called in to find out whether a conversion plug 30pin to iPhone was available for a high quality portable speaker system was available. I was gifted it from a guy that was at my local tip. Not stocked so looked it up and directed me to JCar that has it. Phillip just inside the door provided excrement service. Thank You!!n

This is my local store, l mostly buy pc related things, $100 to $2000 in each purchase.  I've always found the store to be extremely helpful with my purchases, with newer staff seeking advice from experienced staff when stuck.  Great team
