Staff was very helpful via phone conversation. Nothing was a trouble to the staff member. Very pleasant and polite and only too happy to put the item aside with our name on it to be picked up the next morning. Also, no problem with exchanging the item that had parts missing when we came to pick up the exchange item. Thank you for a great shopping experience
I was unable to get the item I needed as they were out of stock but the young man who came to assist me was so helpful and even looked on the top shelves to see if there were some of the doorknobs that I needed in boxes up there. There was ample parking too.
I bought a heater from Bunnings in Kangaroo Flat . The heater was either substandard or defective. My feedback was treated professionally, the staff were polite and a refund was offered immediately.nA big thumbs up to the team.nThank you.
I have had many interactions at the Kangaroo Flat hardware with rude, ignorant and unhelpful staff over the past few months who seem to not like their jobs very much. I would have to say during each visit I have at least one unpleasant or negative customer service experience. I'm certain there are some great people working there but recently I have not been fortunate enough to deal with them. My preference is fast shifting to Mitre 10.
Walked up to one of the front counters needing to ask a staff member a question. He had his back to the floor and was very obviously looking at his phone. I stood there a couple minutes to give him a chance, but he refused to acknowledge my presence until I asked how he was going, to which he stared absentmindedly at me in silence - still no greeting, no smile, nothing. I work customer service myself so this felt especially appalling to me.
