As someone in the review said, the price is low for a reason. My experience is that it took them eternity I am still waiting their reply for them to fix for the missing part of the recliner chair. When you first visit, they all have the cliches of cheap service. They would say "our after sale customer service is great" , "we look after our customers" and stuff like that. I can give a benefit of the doubt that this may be it the Bendigo culture as I have ran into many services like them here Metricon, and midland solar etc For a fair note, the quality of the furniture is not that bad for the price. But there is a big caveat which is the customer service especially after sale. Update : The console on the couch was lossen and out. Asked for a warrenty claim - took a month to pick it up. A lot of ghosting so you needed to call like 5 times to have it picked up. Took 2 weeks to fix it however told me it would take 2-3 weeks, so fair enough. But return with a damage on the leather cause I took photos and videos of my couch prior to picking up and fixing it knowing the customer service of Fair price gallery. The name of this gallery should be Cheap Price rather than fair price.
Bought a bed just before lockdown number 1. Absolutely love the bed but the side boards have been cut wrong and therefore moves a lot and boards rub together creating a horrendous noise! After all the lockdowns and finally allowed back in I simply asked a question and was told to email evidence as surely that isn't right and we can get it fixed! Sent through first emails with video of the noise and received no reply. Follow up email received the same reply if nothing. Again a third email I got a reply of its out of warranty so will be at cost of purchaser but we can't help you as melb is in lockdown. Went back in after melb reopened and was told so send through extra photos. Sent these back in august, with another follow up at start of January and am still yet to hear anything! Product was great, but customer service is an absolute FAIL! There new radio add just makes me laugh with how wrong it is!
Fair Price Furniture in Bendigo would have to have the nicest and friendliest people Emily and Matt are a credit to the company. They made our purchase very easy and the knowledge they have about the products on the floor was second to none. I'm only too happy to recommend them to any one and I already have.
Cannot recommend Fair Price Furniture Bendigo enough! Absolutely love the customer service given by the friendly staff especially Emily she is a huge credit to the store! Always finds me the best deals for my money and is extremely helpful! Love love love it!

Price is low for a reason. The staff are un organised and lack basic communication skills. I will never be going back. And strongly recommend that nobody wastes their money there.
