Rude woman on the phone told her I needed a regas and she said no you need a new compressor and bit my head off. Took it to natrad eaglehawk couple of seals and gas 145 wouldn't recommend obviously trained to rip people off

We lost our whole dash lights, display and rear lights out of the blue. Turns out when our new tow bar was fitted, wires were not properly clipped and exposed wires kept fizzing out the fuses. Ray was fantastic explaining it to us and making sure it was fixed properly internally ... unlike the other place we went to that just replaced the fuse, and then refused to give us a refund when it kept happening straight away.

We hit a large still patch of water at 100kms and it took out a lot of our lights - happened near Horsham and we got pulled over by the police in Murtoa, and were given a warning about the lights and a requirement to get them fixed asap. We turned up unannounced the next morning, no appointment and the crew there made time for us straight away. So nice to deal with and fitted us in when they were clearly busy. :)

Extremely rude receptionist and complete rubbish customer service, would much rather give a sales pitch about R134. 
As soon as I asked what gas they use in refilling ac systems which I had my car booked in for firstly get told go somewhere else if I want Hychill then everything she's ever read comes up because she's never had a car on it like my HZ runs on this opportunity to get my wife's getz regassed thought I'll do the same if possible but after her then saying what would I know she can go jump! 
Unlike this useless excuse I'm qualified as a petrol mechanic, security guard and truck driver. 
First hand experience with Hychill and R134 to actually see the facts not political propaganda. 
But they'd gladly lie to get the job done cheap.
