Kingpin Bowling Macarthur Square

Our visit started with Jennifer at front counter who was really approachable and helped us select the best package for my daughters birthday. She walked us to the lane and explained the tablets to us and told us we could order through QR codes. We ordered some food and drinks which were brought over to our lane by Christian and Aaliyah. Kay took us through to laser tag and made the experience really fun for the children, she then walked them over to karaoke which James had set up with some balloons to surprise my daughter. Overall the whole team was approachable and friendly, going above and beyond for my daughter and her friends so they could have fun, even though it was really busy! Thank you, will definitely come back in the future!

I had the privilege of undergoing an escape room on Monday with a few mates and we all agreed that it was one of our best nights together. The employee who was running our room was exceptionally professional while maintaining a humorous approach to all of our issues. She was able to give us the help we needed and lead us on the correct path when we needed the help which honestly made our night. As agreeably we weren’t the best at the escape room. Throughout this experience we all laughed continuously including the employee who made it almost feel as she was one of our mates inside the room. She was able to truly make it a very enjoyable experience and one non of us will ever forget. We got the name of the employee at the end and her name was Abby. We all commended her on her professionalism and humour at the conclusion of our escape room.

Our event held in Room 300 on Wednesday night was fabulous. Our team of educators had a great time bowling and playing laser tag. Cody, Kay and the Kingpin team made us feel welcome and did a great job running our event. A big thanks to the kitchen team for the yummy platters we received and to the bar staff for ensuring drinks were out promptly. Thanks also to Keisha and Caitlin for all the work they do before the events to ensure they run smoothly.

Had a great time at Kingpin for our daughters 12th birthday. The gold teen package was fantastic! Kept the kids entertained for hours! Our party host Sienna was an absolute delight! Sienna’s attention to detail was fantastic and constant check ins to make sure all the guests needs were met was hugely appreciated. I couldn’t recommend it more!

as much as i could say i really enjoy this place, every time i come i find little issues that make the experience a little uncomfortable. the bowling always seems to go really well! it’s always fun - but in the arcades the machines can be buggy sometimes. also every time i get food/drinks the wait is incredibly long. i recently ordered food which took around an hour to arrive which is far too long considering the place was absolutely empty.

I would like to say a big thank you to Chris and Tori from kingpin MacArthur Square for all the help today they were both brilliant and polite and went over and above. The customer service was incredible. And after the bad experiences I’ve had at kingpin years ago they have made me realise with the new staff and management kingpin has become as good as it once was as I have not been there very much over the last couple years due to ex management back in 2017 and 18. Very thankful to all customer service and workers today at kingpin for an incredible and fun experience again thank you Chris and Tori you both went over and above.

Had a laser tag party for my 8yo at kingpin yesterday. I must say my whole experience from booking online to the party day was very pleasant. Everyone at kingpin was more than happy to answer any of my queries. party was such a big hit. All the kids had so much fun. Our host “Keira” was super nice and very accomodating. She started the party with giving me a rundown on the plan for the party and constantly kept me up-to-date throughout the party. Kids even got an extra game of laser tag because kitchen was running a bit late with food. There was no rush to finish off due to another party waiting that’s what I have previous faced at other venues I would definitely recommend to have a party at kingpin bowling

Me and my family had an absolutely amazing exprience at this place, the staff were all super approachable and lovely. One young man I think his name was Tom was particularly helpful, even offered to pay when my card declined, when he saw that my kids were really excited. 5 star experience overall.

Your staff are amazing! Thankyoi to the girl at the arcade redeem store who ended up using some of her own points to pay for my kids lollies. We didn't have enough and there were kids everywhere and she could tell I was flustered. Fun place to go to with plenty of stuff to do

I was there the other night and my evening went really sour when Chris was attending to us, I really didn’t feel welcomed and I observed his work ethic and it was really poor I felt bad for the others that was working. Fortunately, I had Aaliyah and Maddy helping my group and they were so delightful to our needs. They pulled through for Chris’s low effort and made my night absolutely pleasant. Amazing work girls!
