Food was fresh and served quickly. Staff presentation not good with one female wearing ripped pants.nThey closed the dining and operated drive thru only which meant people on foot couldn’t be served. Also, the girl operating the speaker couldn’t hear us due to a loud fan that drowned our voices out. She did her best though and was pleasant.nnOverall, we got what we wanted and it was nice.nnI would have given one star if I was one of the people who were turned away but my experience was good.
I ordered my KFC online and made my way to pick it up at the estimated time, but I arrived and waited over 10 minutes as people came in and left. The service wasn't really that great, and the food wasn't very nice as some of the pieces weren't covered in topping and didn't taste nice. I won't be returning, just not worth paying high prices for low quality product. Very disappointing.
This place what a shambles. 40c+ day NO AIR CONDITIONING for anyone. Staff understaffed. Male toilets were disgusting. Mess everywhere. Partner asked staff to clean.nFood... chips over cooked, chicken finger wrap too spicy that partner could not finish.nStore was a mess even outside dining area. Eventually cleaned up around 3.30 pm when we were there.
I was travel through Yarrawonga for the night arrived at KFC at around 9 pm it said kfc was open and all the night were on waited ten minutes for somebody to answer the speaker and then I drove to the window and there were people in there that saw me and didn’t come to the window other people in the drive through were doing the same thing come back next day and the food was so dry salty and the staff need better hospitality to customers not coming back here agiannOutrageous
There was no slushies or sweet and sour sause and a long wait for nuggets the food wasnt bad but defiantly expected more for a popular food store better than other KFCS napkins and sweet’n sour sause and good servicennFeedback:
