I ordered my KFC online and made my way to pick it up at the estimated time, but I arrived and waited over 10 minutes as people came in and left. The service wasn't really that great, and the food wasn't very nice as some of the pieces weren't covered in topping and didn't taste nice. I won't be returning, just not worth paying high prices for low quality product. Very disappointing.
Whoever was working at 6:10pm making zinger boxes on 9/6/24. Please find a new job before someone gets ill, I don’t think anyone particularly wants to eat raw chicken.
Food was fresh and served quickly. Staff presentation not good with one female wearing ripped pants.nThey closed the dining and operated drive thru only which meant people on foot couldn’t be served. Also, the girl operating the speaker couldn’t hear us due to a loud fan that drowned our voices out. She did her best though and was pleasant.nnOverall, we got what we wanted and it was nice.nnI would have given one star if I was one of the people who were turned away but my experience was good.

Made me wait for fresh chips. Got the chips and the top quarter of the box had fresh chips and the bottom three quarters of the box had old lukewarm stale chips. The chicken was clearly old and cold. An to top it all off the chicken was hot an crispy instead of what I ordered, original recipe. Avoid the Yarrawonga KFC if you can. They almost always disappoint.
