Tonight I went down to collect 12 pieces of chicken a large potato and gravy and a large fries. Going through Drive through I was told That it would take 8 to 9 minutes for fresh chicken to be cooked. I paid for my chicken and then took home a friend of mine, I then returned to pick up my chicken went inside and Waited 10 minutes and then had to ask if my order was ready. I put it in my car and went home and as I was getting into the kitchen the bottom fell out of the box. It was so greasy and oily and all my chicken went all over the floor.. I’m absolutely disgusted in the way they operated the service tonight and to be given such oily chicken was terrible. All I was offered was a discount. Next time I came through. Not impressed at all.
The young lady that served us was very pleasant but unfortunately the food was only luke warm.nThe restaurant itself is disgustingly dirty and needs a good clean inside and out. Even the kiddies high chairs …. The legs of them are black, you’d never place a child in one plus they were covered in cobwebs, same for the outdoor seats and rest rooms. There is little clean about this place which is very disappointing when it’s such a high turn over of food. We won’t return.
I went through the drive thru last Friday. Ordered a Zinger Burger Combo and an original crunch bowl. The Zinger burger was chucked together and smothered in some zinger sauce. Most unpleasant and my husband was less than thrilled. I had an Original Crunch Bowl. I have had before from another KFC and was nice. This one was chucked in a box not in a bowl and barely covered a 1/4 of the box. Ripped off. Tasted horrible. No point going back into the shop to complain as they dont even offer a receipt to use as evidence to what you have purchased. I have eaten here before but this time the care factor from the staff was zero.
I’m so disappointed with the chicken . I bought 5 chicken . Only one I got the normal size . The rest are size of my 2 fingers
I was standing at the service area where people are supposed to serve you, it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there and then when they did I was served by a rude employee. I asked for his name and he said it was Noah so not sure if he gave me a fake name but okay. Also after I got my food it was cold and stale very disappointed in everything the Yarrawonga kfc has to offer.
