You guys need to hire a cleaner. This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been too. Everytime we come bins overflowing even at 9am in the morning, floors don't get cleaned and tables covered in food. Please clean your store.nnThe staff are always so kind.
Ordered through app and sat in drive thru for 20mins without any communication. Drive thru screens were down so they were probably having technical issues but failed to communicate this therefore we cancelled order and left. Hopefully the 6 people behind us got their food!
Yarrawonga Maccas never fails to disappoint. We never had a visit here that they got our order right and get the servings right. I ordered a large coffee frappe drink at McDonald’s Yarrawonga, but it was served looking very unpleasant. The presentation is uneven whipped cream and chocolate syrup, and it honestly didn’t look appetizing. What disappoints me more was, that is for a large size, the drink looked half-filled. I politely asked the staff if this is really how they serve it, but it still felt unsatisfactory. Paying for a large and receiving so little is disappointing. Overall, not a good experience all the time.
Visited drive thru on 29th September at 8pm for a sundae soft serve machine nit working. Visited drive thru 30th September at 7pm again soft serve machine not working. Attempted to call restaurant more then 10 times in 25 minutes the call wouldn't even connect thru. Went to make a complaint online and error notice came up couldn't make a complaint
Not only did we have to wait 37 minutes for a drive through order. The staff was incredibly rude. Will never be back here!nDisgusting behaviour!!!!
