We have been here many times and enjoyed the Monday steak night, Tuesday ribs night, and happy hour. I ordered the bangers and mash one lunch time the other day and was a bit disappointed with the sausages which appeared to have been cooked prior and re heated. Hopefully you can fix that and I look forward to return  to your great venue.

Amazing place. Rooms are excellent. So convenient just to pop across the car park to the RSL for meals which are very reasonably priced. Massage at Essenza Spa is wonderful.

The facility, overall, is very good. The main building has, I believe, three restaurants, an amazing WW1 / WW2 war memorabilia room, there is, of course, the pokies, and the list goes on. We stayed for 3 nights in an executive room, which was nice, well equipped inclusive of slow internet and breakfast quite a decent inclusion, however poorly executed with burnt omelette and very average scrambled eggs. As stated, nice overall, however we were bitterley dissapointed with shower mould - the cleaners obviously don't know any mould removal hacks - and a bathroom extraction fan that was so clogged the mirror fogged up within seconds of starting the shower

Perfect place for my business trip where I have a quiet space for relaxing with a nice riverside view for early work in the morning. Generous pork ribs for dinner and free breakfast included; losing a bit money on gaming machine unfortunately however it made the business trip a lot of fun. Just 5 mins driving to Yarrawonga for my project and absolutely stay there monthly until my project is completed.

This was the second time we've been there this week. On Tuesday we had a nice meal before going to the Gaming room to play the Pokies. All good until some young employee of the Club rudely tapped my wife on the shoulder and accused her of being drunk. I explained that was not the case and she moves with limitation because of her physical disabilities. Then on Friday we went again. Again nice meal and again when leaving Oriental Palace, we were accosted by a security guard who said we had to leave because a duty manager said we were drunk. I requested to see the Manager who knew nothing of the accusation, saw that we were sober enough to continue with our involvement in the Club. We did and won $50. The humiliation, accusations and innuendos are disgraceful. Most of your staff are friendly, but some, like the security guard and duty managers need some training in social skills and proper service. W. e were accused of being intoxicated while there others totally off their faces and could still purchase alcohol. Deal with it before we come again.
