Went thru drive thru to get solo slushies....no discussion from the cashier that the solo machine was not frozen....no offer for our money back....no complimentary item for the inconvenience of not getting what we ordered and paid for. Ended up getting coke ones as we had already promised the kids a slushie each. Management needs to improve their customer service recovery skills and not just close the sliding window on their customers.

Ive purched chicken from kfc wantirna a number of times, each time I've found the chicken to be dry and old. The quality between kfc wantirna and kfc ringwood is very different. Ringwood kfc much fresher

Food was ok but the toilets were bloody disgusting smelled like the septic was backing up and the floors in restaurant were greasy very average maintained store to be honest
