Worst experience ever. I was told because I bought the promotion product, I can’t request any specific ones. I requested more drumsticks for the kid if possible, but I got none, and got all the breast ribs instead. I rang up to talk about my concerns, the staff was rude and hang up on me. If there was a 0 rating, I would definitely rate it 0.
Absolutely appalling chicken received in order, tried to call them - no option to speak with store, just a message service. No surprise still haven't received a call back. Do yourself a favour and drive 5 minutes more for Knox or Vermont store.
The place is filthy with long wait times and insufficient staff. A broken toilet seat adds to the disarray. Before ordering, check the toilets and decide if it's safe to eat here. It's truly shameful. The worst KFC for food in Melbourne. In a small chips you get only an average of 10 pieces. Pictures show a hard OLD bread ROLL. WARM CHICKEN, SMALL PIECES at that! , all gravy, almost no potatoe Mash. I seriously doubt this is fit for human consumption.
Pretty poor KFC outlet. Burger was fresh, wicked wings extremely dry, chips stale and poor customer service. The young girl behind the counter did not want to work today for sure No smile, gave me an upset look when i asked for some serviettes. Dining room cleanliness was acceptable. Toilet was absolutely disgusting extremely dirty
Working until 11pm we needed something quick and easy for dinner. This was cold upon receipt and wholly unappetising. Chips were well seasoned but this wasted calories experience has turned me right off KFC
