Absolutely amazing I when there and was blown away. It was like I stepped foot in to heaven there was homeless people making a ruckus but that Darwin for yah. The cherry on top was the service, the young boy at the counter was the best I think he’s name was Jaydan joeseph Charles reid but I forget a lot. So yeah go kfc it finger licking good
Worst order i have ever received. Small part of chicken wings and drumsticks were in the box. Not even one bigger part of chicken were in the bix and looks like they just throw everything in box. Sooo Disappointed
I'm wondering, in what world does a business believe it's OK to present not only a store, but a place you can eat like a rubbish dump? I wish I had of taken photos but this store is disgusting. Trash absolutely everywhere, weeds, junk, old food on the ground IN the drivethru. Do they not teach staff cleanliness and respect anymore. Honestly, the GM should get slapped for the condition of this store. I'm actually thankful I didn't go in.
Nuggets soggy chips cold and my lge coleslaw wasn't in my bag. I tried to ring 4 times no answer so I drove back to complain. I filled out complaint form and also contacted there h ad office and filed a complaint. They don't care so do yourself a favour don't go to the Palmerston store as I will never again. There are plenty of other options out there so I won't be back. No one has contacted me about the issue. The girl at the window was a rude little girl also. I would hate this to be my business as first point of contact. Absolute disgrace.nI love your response auto email. I left my number to contact on both your head office and the store yet this is how stupid you are with your automated response. Listen out there people stay away from dirty rubbish food and rubbish service. Like I said there are plenty of other options out there.
Best KFC I have ever tried! The food was perfectly accurate and the service speed was amazing—I received my order within just 40 seconds. The store looked very organised and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The taste was truly finger-licking good. Highly recommended!
