Cut off half way through ordering at the drive through at 1627 15th Oct 24nWhile trying to correct the order she was talking over me as I was trying to place the order didn't finish the order as she didn't seem interested and kept trying to put the eftpos machine in my face I paid by card out of couldn't be bothered even though I wanted to pay cash.nnThis is one of the worst KFC's in Australia and really needs to pick up it game. Will drive to Coolangatta if going to KFC from now onnnPartner picked up a wrap 2 NOV 24 and this is how it came please see the photo not even an attempt in trying!
The new outlook is great. The best oringal chicken I have ever eaten. Could taste the flavour and ingredients. My son first time ate KFC chicken . He is a nugget eater but tonight he add the costings from original chicken. Never ever seem eat this much. His favourite colour is read and getting inside this restaurant gave the warmth of calmness and .nnHe was shy to give orders but he told me KFC coke chicken and chips.nThanks for the night crew who has made out dinning the best experience and also cleaning the mess of coke . Stay dedicated and have the best team and keep providing the ervice. Coming back to city from remote it felt like landed in heaven
The chicken and chip had been deep fried many times under the very old oil, so it became very soft at the outside. There were also some burnt stuff on my chicken. It was my first time also my last time buying stuff from here
KFC Palmostern has really slow service. I waited far too long for my order, and the staff were incredibly rude throughout the whole process. They didn't seem to care about the customers at all. Definitely not coming back.
The food was good. A snack for my daughter and I shared. However, the restaurant has dark the walls are full and full of greasy hand prints .The tables looked liked they havnt been wiped since yesterday. The dirty perspects protecting staff are a horrible feature. This isn't a very family orentinated restaurant. Might just use drive through next time.
