We stopped here to grab a quick bite and let the kids enjoy the play area. We entered and the play area was closed which already made the kids upset. The tables were pretty much all dirty with bits of food and left over containers. We asked for a cloth to wipe our table ourselves so it's cleaner. The chips were great and my whopper burger too. The kids burgers had so much mustard on it that was running out the burgers. The milkshakes were good. Not a great experience.
They will reliably get your order wrong.nOut of 10+ drive thru orders they got mine right just once. They definitely dont know what an angry whopper is and will give you a normal one 9/10 times, but charge for the angry one.
Where can i begin? Tonight 5th of April around 10:15pm i got the worst service through the speaker, no manners or professionalism whatsoever. Second thing, before she was going to charge me i simply asked ‘is it all good if you can give me my 10% discount? i can show you my lifelenz as well’ as i am also a crew. She instantly came at me saying i was being disrespectful where there was nothing being said that was disrespectful at all. Worst service ever, don’t think i’m ever going to come back.
The food you receive is either burnt or cold 40% of the time I have received my order correct. Frozen drinks I don't know what happens there but drink fast or you loose it like it evaporates you don't even have liquid.nStaff there is a lot of swearing happens and a couple managers just look at them then continue what there doing instead of pulling them up. Some managers a rude an judgemental and treats there staff like there nothing.nThere has been a number of times have seen cockroaches in dining room and outside. You show managers you out did not receive all your meal and they get cranky
One of the worst hungry jacks in aus. Waited 35mins for a whopper burger in drive thru with only 4cars in front of me. And the burger was cold when picked
