They cooked the order as asked And the taste for both were nice the nuggets were crispy when hot and also.chicken.nThanks taking our orders as asked and not making a fuss when it was cold. My son love coming to you guys now . We didnt take much photo as busy wating and dev face he doesnt want to show as it is rednn18 match macas at 10.30pm . Nice food and freshly cook. This time everythibg as asked. Dev was so happy. Good thing they gave food as it was cooked and ready. Thanks
I try to give the benefit of the doubt just because I know how stressful it is to work in a fast paced environment but oh my god.n1. The burger buns is soggy, I could easily swallow it without chewing.n2. My drink; no straw = no biggie but half full?n3. The chips were stale and cold.n4. My burger had a piece of hair in the patty. I thought it was mine at first glance but then I realised my hair is tied back…and how on earth would my hair get in the patty if tied back.nI don’t mean to be one of those people but the hair really just tipped it all off.nnPicture of hair is attached, I tried to get a clear one

10 Nov 2025nThe manager on duty today was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before placing my order, I specifically asked if the customer’s order which I was collecting was ready — they said no. So I decided to order just a single patty for myself, nothing else.nnMy order was handed to me quickly, and it took me less than 2 minutes to eat it. Right after finishing, I went straight to the back counter to check again if the customer’s order was ready. That’s when the manager suddenly claimed it had been “ready for 10 minutes.”nnThat makes no sense — it wasn’t ready when I first asked. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager tried to push the blame on me, saying I’d been waiting too long and that they’d get in trouble because of it.nnIn reality, the delay was fully on the manager’s end. They failed to check properly, gave wrong information, and then acted defensive instead of taking responsibility. Really disappointing behaviour from someone in charge — a manager should lead by example, not make excuses.
Almost every time you go through drive thru, you get asked to park up. Then tonight I ordered a double big mac meal, paid for a double big mac meal, but what I got when I opened the bag at home was a normal big mac meal. Suppose that's on me for not checking they did something basic like get my order right.
