Stuff up the order. Made us wait and the food was not ever fresh. I can't believe they even asked for the coke back after taking a drink. The soft serve was not even 1/2 full. They looked offended when I asked if there was any reason why and could they fill it up. Need to up your game or teach your staff proper customer service.

I ordered last week and my fries were completely raw. I decided this could have been a once off mistake and ordered again tonight to give them another chance. I found a dead bug in my fries. I am absolutely disgusted! I will never order from here again.
At this McDonalds , the staff and their Managers work very hard and try to get quite complex orders correct. If they forget anything , they are always willing to give what you are missing.nSometimes the Manager can even check with you.nIt's 24 hours remember, so scheduling et cetera can be challenging.
Bought a quarter pounder, the bun was stale. I have been there twice in a row now and got stale buns. Won't be back.
