10 Nov 2025nThe manager on duty today was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before placing my order, I specifically asked if the customer’s order which I was collecting was ready — they said no. So I decided to order just a single patty for myself, nothing else.nnMy order was handed to me quickly, and it took me less than 2 minutes to eat it. Right after finishing, I went straight to the back counter to check again if the customer’s order was ready. That’s when the manager suddenly claimed it had been “ready for 10 minutes.”nnThat makes no sense — it wasn’t ready when I first asked. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager tried to push the blame on me, saying I’d been waiting too long and that they’d get in trouble because of it.nnIn reality, the delay was fully on the manager’s end. They failed to check properly, gave wrong information, and then acted defensive instead of taking responsibility. Really disappointing behaviour from someone in charge — a manager should lead by example, not make excuses.
The girl literally told me she doesn’t care she made my large frappe terribly and refused to remake it. Just said that’s how the machine makes it.
This is not the first time, staff have always missed something of my order.nThis is more than 10 times so I am writing this time so the management gets serious about this .nI understand the pressure but please check the order before you put in the bag.nToday I ordered 2 chicken meals and extra spicy sauce where the sauce and fries are missing.
Worst I seen ever. I ve been working in maccas and eating in ither maccas. This is the only McDonalds that refused to give free cup of water. I responded that I ve spent money today actually. And the manager walked around around for 3 minutes. And I just stood with my food in hand. Finally I had to ask to speak to the higher manager. What an awful store.
Food is inconsistent, i get the wrong order half the time or things missing. If I order a cup of tea there's an 80% chance it either isn't the right tea or they forget to add milk or sugar. I think I got the right order once ever.
