The KFC branch in Ponsonby was great!nnThe staff were all very friendly. My partner and I ordered the Hot and Spicy boneless chicken and a set menu with wicked wings and supercharge sauce. The crispiness was a bit below my expectations, but overall, it was clean and satisfying. We both enjoyed our second dinner date here.nnA recommended spot for anyone keen for wicked wings!
Quality of the Chicken was amazing and the wings were hot and fresh
Extremely slow staff, seemed as if no one knew what was going on and it took nearly half an hour to receive the food. There were no more than 3 patrons including myself in-store so I have absolutely no clue as to what was going g on and the extremely long delay on service

Im not one to leave a bad review but cmon guys! I bought two burger combos, which took a while to recieve but when i did, it was too hot that the burger became soaked and soggynnLiterally feels like eating boiled burger, not impressed, waste of $30 and drive thru need to work on customer service . You’re not busy so why lack of communication
