The toilets were appalling! 2 people on the front and they still had 7 orders waiting. Very slow packing orders. Restaurant floor was filthy. No napkins or spoons in my order. Been to many KFCs and this would be the worst.
Stuffed up our orders three times in a row, then when we tried to rectify situation part time manager Letisha was extremely rude, unhelpful and completely lacking any customer service and people skills. We have been regular customers at this store for over twenty years and find it hard to believe we would be treated this disgracefully.
Drove through the drive through at approximately 3.15 today. Ordered 2 zinger crunch combo’s. The person working was as rude and unprofessional. Our meals not only was cold. But chicken portion half the size of the soggy bun. The icing on the cake was the girl at the window when giving me the meals her comment was. There you go As if she was doing me a favour. NEVER AGAIN
Placed order and specified a small coleslaw extra which is charged for on receipt but never got it. Small mashed potato & gravy was more very runny gravy than mash and had a terrible, powdery texture. Also some very strange taste and smell in potato/gravy mix. I always love the potato/gravy, what are you guys doing to it. Very disappointed in the whole meal.
Why have you changed the recipe? It's now a weird taste. Still crunchy by why did you stuff with the recipe?
