Not sure how this business is operating. Name says it all I guess. Literally sugar house and shouldn’t be served to kids. We waited over 40 mins for the most simple breakfast and was just about to walk out, but unsurprisingly, as I write this other people are walking out due to the ridiculous wait time. I’m talking 3 other people in this place so not as if it is busy in the slightest. Good luck staying open.

In the neighbourhood while doing some shopping, we decided Cereal Addiction Cafe would be a unique and inexpensive lunch opportunity. Naturally, it was primarily intended to please the kids but no harm in Mum and Dad enjoying the experience too. With a large array of international cereals available, it's actually quite exciting and enticing for the adults, let alone the kids. Our children either opted for a regular serve of any particular cereal or the sampler option, ideal for the connoisseur who'd prefer to try smaller serves of 6 chosen cereals. Selecting the sampler is somewhat more expensive but does provide a decent collective quantity of cereals. My wife and I, on the other hand, drifted to the menu itself, her ordering an apple pie waffle while I chose a Texan Longhorn toastie (slow cooked beef, cheese, onion and bbq sauce). We both enjoyed our meals and had coffee and tea as well. Please let me say that this establishment is brave in being the first of its kind nationally. It doesn't have a Michelin chef out the back nor are there wait staff. This is literally the brain child of Lisa (the owner who is both passionate and really friendly) so accept it for what it is. A pancake is exactly that, a toastie the same. No fanfare, no huge promises. Just a decent, down-to-earth snack or cuppa while the kids indulge their whims. Bring out your inner child, or simply bring your real children. Either way, give Cereal Addiction a go.

What a wonderful breakfast and brunch café. This is my go to place for brekky on the Fraser Coast. The menu offers choices not often seen in other café's and has a huge international flair. The prices are inexpensive compared to many others around. The Canadian maple bacon brekky is to die for and the waffles are amazing. Great to see a unique quality establishment instead of the mundane standards most offer.

What an incredible idea for a unique cafe! The 'Cereal Sampler' allowed me to relive my childhood fantasies & try 6 different types of imported cereal from the US that we can't buy here in Aus. Lucky charms, Cap'n Crunch Berry's & Trix were my faves! A bargain for only $9.90, will definitely be coming back.
