Hungry Jack's

Very disappointing service was not up to standard, asked for some extra pickles on the side and was refused! We ate and left as quickly as possible, in my hurry to get out of there I left my bank card on the table outside, I called them as soon as I noticed which was approximately 5mins. I asked them could they look outside, the guy told me he looked and that it wasn't there, I said well it's in the bin then! I asked could someone get it out for me? I was told that they were too busy to help me! So we went back to hungry jacks, I went in and my card was still on the tray where we had been sitting so obviously he had not checked at all. The burgers weren't flash either. Will never go back to HERVEY BAY HUNGRY JACKS. Never felt so unwelcome 😠

Most of the time there is a small to large wait. And generally the order is correct but not always. Otherwise the food is as you expect.

Hungry Jacks has definitely made some good menu chooses. I prefer them over McDonald's now.

Love there hamburgers. But there coffee isnt up to much. We would have coffee at McDonald's and hamburgers at hungry Jack's.

Every Hungry Jacks from Sydney to Hervey bay we visited has given excellent service food and wifi. Great for tourists travelling.
