Wow, where do I even start. Typically when i order food at this KFC, I receive cold, poor-prepared meals, but tonight the zinger box I got was delicious. The burger, although had no lettuce, was hot and tasted fresh, and mixed with the warm gravy made it taste like heaven. The chips were perfectly salted and the piece of original recipe i got was a crispy seasoned drumstick. This was a perfect dinner and by far the best KFC i have ever gotten here. Hopefully the food at KFC will continue to stay at this level.
Along with my own order of a zinger meal chips were so salty you'd have a heart attack just looking at them, gravy like water , order another 6 piece chicken, two piece of the chicken I'm presuming wasn't from a full grown chicken and from a chick I'm seen bigger chicken feet. It ask you if you want to eat in or take away I choose to eat in yet still put in bag, that's OK but no napkins were available order sauces. Don't think I'll rush back here again waited ages for it to be cooked for nothing really. Disappointed.
A group of us went to this store yesterday, 10.11.24, at around 12.30pm and ordered 4 separate meals, 3 of us ended up with food poisoning going to the toilet 3-4 times since early hours this morning vomiting and diarrhoea We ordered 2 lots of 3 chicken and chips with gravy and bread roll. We are still feeling a bit unwell and at work with clients who need our support on a daily basis. We are very disappointed due to bad management, lack of hygiene, and service we received. This store needs to be closed, and all staff need to be re-trained when it comes to preparing and serving any chicken products to the public. We feel that the chicken pieces that were given to us were expired due to poor management and inexperienced staff who do not care about other people's well-being or health issues.
Ok.. this is creepy... I've ordered a big order and got everything right...even got napkins and spoons for slaw ... this has never happened to me before in Australia. Not sure if they got all new staff who actually do their jobs or if it's a secret foreign spy cell where everyone is pretending to be KFC employees but nobody told them what the reality of ordering at KFC is and that's why they work efficiently... either or... great but I'm suspicious.
There was no chicken on the bone available despite there being a whole hour before close. One of my purchases, a popcorn go bucket, had 11 chips and 7 popcorn chicken pieces. Young girl serving was clearly not happy and was very short with my questions about what was available.
