I've been here three times for different orders. Each time they have been out of stock. 

1. ordered a breakfast muffin and the were out of muffins - served it on a stale cheeseburger roll. I threw it out. 

2. I ordered a grill masters burger as i wanted to try one. They were out of Angus patties. I was offered a regular pattie instead for the same price. I declined. 

3. The best one of all. 

I ordered a "Halloween" whopper. It was supposed to come with a special cheese bun. on inspection it had a regular bun instead. 
When i went back to ask about it they told me that they had run out of the Cheese buns ( first few days of new promotion with signage everywhere).

No apology or refund given.

Based on these experiences they get one star, the food they do have comes out fast. it's just normally wrong or out of stock.

Very bad food. They can't make things right. Bread was old and broken. Save your money and get your food from somewhere else

Halloween night 2017 . my tongue was warmer than the food . my thickshake was warm . the service was great . the food appalling . when your dog doesn't eat the nuggets you know there's a problem

I ordered an eggs benny muffin and a large coke. The muffin was great, although the bread was a bit rough. Still tasted great.

I'd like to say, too, I really like that these guys can deal with as many tough customers as I saw trying to make their day hard today, and still treat all of us with respect and give a smile. Great work.

We went there Sunday evening to get something to eat. The store manager was very rude. She ignored me when I asked for some sauce and after asking her 3 times she finally said 30 cents for each. I asked her for a Fanta and she gave me a coke. She was also yelling at other staff and everyone sounded unhappy there. What a terrible place to eat!
