i understand they’re renovating but holy the service when u go inside is extremely slow. i simply wanted 3 milkshakes and i waited 20 mins. i would understand if the staff were rushing around and acting busy but these staff were drinking their own milkshakes and joking around with each other during a rush. extremely disappointed and it has put me off coming here again.
As someone who works at mc donald’s, i’m absolutely mortified when an unblended frappe came to my door not even half full. I wouldn’t even dare to serve someone this as a mc donald’s worker myself, especially at the expense people pay for delivery. Absolutely appalling and pure lazy behaviour, avoid wasting your money at jindalee Mc donald’s!
Extremely disappointed from their service. Waited more than 30 minutes even for small order. I can understand if the counter was busy.
This was the second attempt at a quarter pounder after I took the first one back. So pathetic. If you don’t like making burgers then go and work somewhere else.nPathetic, not even busy so no excuses.
Half our order never got brought out. Got rudeness from the server when I went to ask about it. All the bins were overflowing. Terrible experience.
