On Saturday 03/03/18 early morning 12:11am Drive Thru, long wait, the very young girl called Paris was very rude, didn't care at all, looks bored & doesn't want to work there. When I reported to the young manager, he didn't care either, unprofessional, hypocrite, he was trying just to get rid of me. Terrible customer service. Thanks heaps.

A little slow. But clean. Make sure you get your sauce though, they tend to forget to pack it. Nugs without sweet and sour sauce. That’s tragic.

Disgusting and illegal behaviour. Took our money, $93 worth of food, and we call and ask where our order is, after two hours only to be told that they couldn’t find a delivery driver for the night so they took our money but had no intention of delivering our food. When I called for the refund they told me they had no way of processing the refund and to call back in the morning. Absolutely disusting.

Seems like as every year goes past the buns are moister the patties are dryer and the cheese tastes more like plastic(not exaggerating)

Drive thru staff was a young female, waited 20 minutes for order only to get our order wrong, was told after our 20 minute wait that they no longer can make a chocolate milkshake “because the milkshake machine is taking too long” so she tried to convince us to get a normal drink because she couldn’t be bothered refunding us $4.95 for the milkshake, instead we just opted for a large fanta. She forgot my ketchup packets, our change and serviettes and our free Cocacola glass, all things we requested for as we know most Mcdonald’s places never put them into bag which makes my theory that much true. Had to double back around. A very frustrating and annoying experience that I do not wish on anyone who has finished a 12 hour shift!!!
