For the first time in years, the chips were not over salted. A pleasant surprise! Chips don't need to be salted with every customer. Once is enough. The chicken wasn't greasy, another nice surprise.nThe young girl who served us was extremely pleasant and very helpful with our order. I am sorry but I can't remember her name. The best KFC we had had in many years.
Simply dissapointed with KFC,nWent through the Drive through and ordered a Large original tenders box, also replacing the Potato and Gravy for a Regular Chips, paid the $17 for the large meal and didn’t think twice.nJust got home and opened the box to find only 1 small chips, the potato and gravy that i specifically asked to be swapped out, and 3 tenders roughly the size of wicked wings.nThe girl who served us in the Drive through looked more miserable than anyone I have ever seen.nI am not sure whether this was simply a mistake on the Kitchen end or whether she put this through the system wrong and just charged us for it.nI hope that this issue can be rectified whether it is through a refund of the food or a free replacement, because this is simply disgraceful.
This is what I have found in the popcorn chicken, and I submitted the complaint form of the foreign subject like a insect, and I never get feedback from their team. Terrible !
Was there 3 weeks ago. What a disgusting store and the food was no better. Every table in the place had particles of left over food on them. The service was very ordinary, felt as though we were inconveniently bothering them. The food was terrible, so dry it couldn't be eaten it was thrown out. A younger staff member come out to sweep the floor yeah right shit ended up everywhere. Will not go back and KFC have lost a customer
I found this KFC very clean and the food was good. Staff were very polite.
