Simply dissapointed with KFC,nWent through the Drive through and ordered a Large original tenders box, also replacing the Potato and Gravy for a Regular Chips, paid the $17 for the large meal and didn’t think twice.nJust got home and opened the box to find only 1 small chips, the potato and gravy that i specifically asked to be swapped out, and 3 tenders roughly the size of wicked wings.nThe girl who served us in the Drive through looked more miserable than anyone I have ever seen.nI am not sure whether this was simply a mistake on the Kitchen end or whether she put this through the system wrong and just charged us for it.nI hope that this issue can be rectified whether it is through a refund of the food or a free replacement, because this is simply disgraceful.
Older lady behind the counter is so nice and friendly with a wonderful personality!nHard to find quality service in a fast food restaurant these days.
This is what I have found in the popcorn chicken, and I submitted the complaint form of the foreign subject like a insect, and I never get feedback from their team. Terrible !
KFC Bendigo toilets are decent but I was scared when I walked in and saw yellow Batman lighting and as I walked into the toilet I saw a blue flashing light and I was terrified someone was watching me. As I sat down the seat was comfortable and the toilet paper was thin as always and I had to wrap it around my hand 15 times atleast and when I was finished I sat up and walked to the sink where there was good foam soap and warm tap water, very decent for it being wintern- Bree
For the first time in years, the chips were not over salted. A pleasant surprise! Chips don't need to be salted with every customer. Once is enough. The chicken wasn't greasy, another nice surprise.nThe young girl who served us was extremely pleasant and very helpful with our order. I am sorry but I can't remember her name. The best KFC we had had in many years.
