I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I ordered three pieces of chicken but was initially only given two. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, I did not receive an appropriate response and had to wait without any update until I asked again. After my second request, I finally received the missing piece, but unfortunately, it was much smaller than the others and not what I would expect for a paid order.nnI hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your customer service and ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly in the future.
The photo shows what the tenders looked like when I got home, 10 mins away. Soggy, cold, don't even recognise the item. Partner's meal not as bad but still burnt. Fed mine to the dog it was inedible. Should have been embarrassed to sell this - quality was appalling.
Had 1 chippy and half the bucket is gone will not come back and if i do i will have a lighter and gasoline
Food was amazing and made in a timely manner. Music and atmosphere added to my dining experience 10/10 service. Special shoutout to Conner for his great service and treating every customer with a the Kentucky fried feeling
OMG - now I remember why I haven't been to a KFC in a very long time!! EXPENSIVE for what you get, how can chicken be dry and greasy at the same time? The coleslaw was in inedible - I just threw it out! The mash potato was nice but seriously for that price it was size of half a small potato....for a company that specializes in chicken how can you get it so wrong - well I suppose it is apt to say it was foul!! The young lady serving though was very friendly....
