my wife and i have had several different meals from golden flavours and all have been great,,,service has been very good and i have no problem recommending this place to anyone,,we were tony's customers for years and will continue to frequent this place with the new owners

Will NEVER return to this place ever again. The waitress was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. We phone ordered our pizzas ( 2 large Aussies ) and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrive after 20 minutes, pay for our pizza and then are told by the waitress that 'they won't be long'. As I am waiting I see the pizza cooks reusing the same pizza cutter and tongs m without cleaning after each use ( Hello cross contamination! ) I remind the waitress about my dietary requirement (severe anaphylaxis to nuts ) which was discussed when placing our phone order. She reminded the pizza cooks and told me the cutters are washed after each use. I continue to watch and then see two pizzas being made. I ask the waitress are these my pizzas and she checked and said yes they were then turned and walked away. We had been waiting 30 minutes at this stage. And our pizzas had not even been made! I ask how long this will take as we were told 20 minutes on the phone (not to mention there were no other pizzas orders and the restaurant only had two tables filled ) I was told another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes our pizzas are removed from the oven and I watch as they use the unwashed pizza cutters to cut our pizza. The rude waitress then brings these over, i state that they did not wash the cutters to which she replies ' I washed them after the last time they used them '. I was watching the entire time and they were not washed. I told her this and she turned and walked away from me. I said too bad for those suffering from anaphylaxis and received no reply or offer to remake our now CONTAMINATED pizzas. 45 minutes later we left with a substandard pizza that those who were able to eat it, mentioned it was under cooked and tasted poorly. Never, have i ever experienced such a rude, disrespectful and careless waitress and establishment. Unfortunately for me I am unable to eat dinner tonight. I cant believe a restaurant can show such blatant disregard for cross contamination that can cause death. Will not recommend this place to ANYONE. I will go out of my way to ensure everyone knows how poorly this business and staff are run. Advice to future customers - do not waste your money or risk your life if you have a food allergy, they obviously do not care about the safety of their customers and seem to welcome a potential lawsuit once they kill someone. Only positive was a man (perhaps manager) offering me a drink or seat during the wait.

The first couple of times they were great. Now delivery takes over an hour, the Indian chef only works some nights and the website phone number doesn't even work.
