I order a double quarter pounder large meal.n2am midnight, I should have checked before driving all the way to Huntly.nI was given fillet o fish.nThis is not the first time, the other time they hand me a single quarter pounder but I ordered a double quarter pounder.nIt’s not that hard to do the right thing and in correct way.nNot eating this, not eating this, leaving it until morning to return it.nZero star.
Just got home with our food, we ordered 3 banana caramel pies, and got 2 and 1 apple, and the cheese burger had no meat patty on it.nnThen when we try to call them to find out if we can have anything done about it, they just keep letting the phone ring out.nnThe food and parts of the order they did get right were good though.
Very rude. Disgusted by Charlotte's shift/duty manager behaviour towards me.nnI have never witnessed or been treated by any worker like I have been treated today ever.nnPlaced an order through drive through.nnGo to pick up my order at the next window with a bag of food sitting there.nnI go to grab the food and Charlotte appears out of nowhere and before i get to say anything, she goes something on the line of - what are you doing? You can't just take that, I'm supposed to hand it to you.nnI'm thinkiny to myself, why'd you leave it there? Obviously, you left it there for someone to grab it customer.nnI ask for my drink that I thought would have been put through the previous window which wasn't and show her a code for a small soft drink.nnShe then proceeds with - was that on the screen when you paid for your meal at the previous window?nnMe - I showed the code to the guy at the counter/drive thru. Can't you just put it through here?nnThe guy who put the order through clearly made an unforced error.nnCharlotte - Bad luck. Looks like you're going to have to back in line.nnWorking as a contractor and dealing with clients every day, I've never ever used the disgusting tone Charlotte used towards me towards my clients. Even if you know that the client is in the wrong or whatever it is, the customer is always right, period.nnCharlotte needs to improve and be taught how to communicate and rectify issues with clients or find another job where she doesn't have to deal with anyone.
Absolutely toxic unprofessional disgusting service from Charlotte the so called manager. She quite obviously gets a kick out of making trouble for customers as she smirked when she watched us feel the cold chips we had asked for fresh. She then tried to force us to park rudely when there were no others behind us in the drive thru. We were trying to make the trip shorter for the food with none behind us. Unnecessary disgusting bullying of customers and cheap tricks saying she will only give us the food if we park - there was no need whatsoever. Shame on your behaviour and please consider medication if you can't cope with your job and need dopamine from treating others poorly. You bring shame on yourself and your upbringing by ignoring the thought that any one customer you serve might be going through things you have no idea about. Life lesson you likely don't deserve to be told.
