Ordered a double quarter pounder large meal.nThe large fries did not seem like large fries and it was cold upon consumption.nBurger was very juicy and warm. Enjoyed the burger very much.nMeal ordered on the 15 Dec 9pm.
I order a double quarter pounder large meal.n2am midnight, I should have checked before driving all the way to Huntly.nI was given fillet o fish.nThis is not the first time, the other time they hand me a single quarter pounder but I ordered a double quarter pounder.nIt’s not that hard to do the right thing and in correct way.nNot eating this, not eating this, leaving it until morning to return it.nZero star.
Just got home with our food, we ordered 3 banana caramel pies, and got 2 and 1 apple, and the cheese burger had no meat patty on it.nnThen when we try to call them to find out if we can have anything done about it, they just keep letting the phone ring out.nnThe food and parts of the order they did get right were good though.
Order a 10pc nugget meal that comes with chips and 2 drinksnAnd the drive through speaker wasn’t working properly so they couldn’t hear us and at the pay window we said the nugget were in a meal with chips the lady that served us said it is it just how it layered out and then when we got to the collection window to get food and the manager was serving and they say it’s not in a meal and then give us the rest of the food and drinks and then we ask can we have the chips so the manager basically throws the chips that are in a bag at usnNo sauce or paper napkins and no salt or the chips
Use the self serve screen . After ordering asked for table service the young girl was in training and asked another staff member.. she then said no. I said so why do you have the table numbers next to the screen. The manager came by and said they do table service but in the end I got it myself. I ha two kids with me and it makes it easier to keep an eye on them having table service. Also my son ordered double patty but only got one. He ordered angus burger and bun with double patty... so 4 out of five. Make sure all staff know if yes or no for table service and remove the numbers off the table if you don't.nAlso an elderly lady comes in and struggles with the door. Maybe think about automatic door. Or maybe a button press and the door opens for them... so, not to cause a draft.nMy kids notice lots of gum under your tables too.nJust leave in positive note. All staff were well uniformed and groomed. And were out and about clean the table, chairs and fllors.nnThank you
