Oh my goodness. I have never had a worse fillet o fish in my life. I don’t even know what it was! It looked almost like chicken. It was so stale old and dry. And the fries were cold. I didn’t even give it to my doggies. Just threw in bin. If we weren’t already to far drive away I really wanted to go back and complain. Never going back again. And the service wash crap too.

Really crap standards here - nothing restocked, messy tables, filthy tables and screens. Also saw manager and other boh employees not wearing hairnets. Not sure if it’s company policy to wear one but not great to see.
The seats and tables are dirty and sticky. No one cleans them. Even the floor is full of crumbles and pieces of food. Addition of halal meat options will attract more customers.
I’m extremely disappointed with the late night Indians management at Maccas. I always seem to have a problem every single time I go through the drive-through late at night. Tonight I ordered an iced matcha latte and they said yes, all good. After I paid, they suddenly told me they had no ice for the matcha latte and could only make it hot. I didn’t want hot if I wanted hot, I would’ve ordered that. Then the staff member rolled her eyes at me and told me to speak to the manager.nnI went to the manager and they repeated that they had no ice for the matcha latte and tried to get me to swap the drink for a soft drink. I said no, but they kept insisting. I eventually gave in just to avoid the argument and agreed to a Coke and guess what? They served the Coke with ice.nnIt felt like they were making excuses and being lazy, because clearly they did have ice. The whole situation was frustrating and unprofessional.
