We regularly take our 4 dogs for a walk and love the environment even though we are limited by the new works taking place. Our dogs love the birds and plants. All workers we meet smile, wave and let us walk without any problems.

The resyorations have taken there toll on this wonderful area. Once they are finished these garden should be glorious again.

Pleasant park. Some amenities. A little tired.  Good riverside views. Close to very busy roads.  Care with young children as little fencing.

It's one of my favourite places to walk when we visit Rockhampton...... but at the moment parts of it are closed after the last cyclone
