Cannot recommend this firm.  Silly to make a judgement call based on a TV commercial but the No BS type slogan appealed to me.  Had previous poor experience with higher profile firms palming off work to their lesser experienced juniors and paras.  But after having suffered a workplace injury and being assessed and accepted by Kerin Lawyers for their No Win, No Fee representation, I have been left unimpressed and under compensated. By sheer coincidence a fellow employee suffered a similar injury within the same company as I incurred my injury and although each case can be argued as having it's own conditions and circumstances, our outcomes were vastly different.  By comparison my fellow worker engaged a high profile firm who conducted investigations within the employers workplace to gain understanding and liability, Kerin Lawyers did not.  Kerin Lawyers bandied about payout figures above $300K but could only ague an amount closer to $10K at settlement after costs and terms of representation contract.  Fellow worker has informed me that their settlement has been over $100K.  Do I have faith that due diligence, weighted argument or earnest representation was conducted by Kerin Lawyers, NO I do not. Life lesson learnt.
