Been using them for 10yrs now, always good service. Very convenient and easy to send and return parcels as well through parcel point.

I unknowingly dropped my phone in the car park when moving stuff out of our storage unit yesterday. I was worried I'd lost my phone. However, I called James and Don at Ultimo who went and searched and searched for my phone. I'm very grateful they did and that they kept this safe for me to collect. Thanks guys! Great, friendly service.

Great service! I needed to give the parcel back to online shop. The person at the facility was very friendly. And it took me just 2 minutes top to complete the process.

Easiest Amazon return ever! Thank Michael for your help! Seriously just walked in and dropped off my return and he scanned my barcode, printed out the return label for Amazon, taped up the box and it was done. Less than 2 minutes

Preparing to move and packing up an apartment, Kennards Box Shop had everything thing I needed - a multitude of different boxes, wrapping paper, tape etc, they are also a  Parcel Point and packed up my Foxtel box and  returned that for me as well. Really helpful staff and not expensive, thanks

Stored with them no problems, but when I moved out was told the refund on unused time would take 1-2 business days to process. Queried them after 3 and then told 3-5 days. This is stuff that should be instant. Not impressed.
