Judgmental & suspicious counter-staff with often abrasive attitude problems. Repeatedly verifying identity of customers in a crass manner. Refusing to give contact details of management & non-visible name-tags. Often no-one at the counter. Compulsory & inconvenient check-in requirements. No automatic pin-check-in. No exact dimensional size available for storage spaces, with luck-of-the-draw outcomes. Often details of available storage areas NOT at all transparent. Staff concerned about 'getting home' & 'shutting down' ahead of time. We hired movers & vacated all our storage spaces to a better place. Can NOT recommend.

I found the entire team to be helpful, most polite and the whole experience easy and uncomplicated. Would recommend to anyone looking to store belongings to talk to the rest then settle with the best! Terrific service.

It was very clean and tidy. Access to storage was very easy. I took advantage of the truck and driver To help with the move, The driver on this occasion was Matthew who new exactly what he was doing (far more than i) and he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Matt!!

I had my stuff stored in Storage King Lane Cove only for a couple of weeks while I was looking for an apartment. But I would like to give some recognition to their customer service, they are very helpful, friendly and always willing to give you a hand. After our first visit in the store my wife and I were impressed by their happiness and willingness to help. Sorry I only remember the names of Richard and David, but guys you're the best :-)
